Cashier was very rude because my mom did not want a item, he slammed her money on the counter. Looking for a number to report him to corporate.

Will not be going back until they teach their cashers not to steal this white old lady there keeps scanning double the items horrible service need to teach their employees better for better service I always waste 100 or more cash in store because don't like to go to another store but my money will go else where than there

The Family Dollar has upgraded and moved to the Fred's store. So much nicer and better now! Much bigger store. A much needed improvement over their much older and tiny store they were in.

This store is messy, it looks like nobody keeps up with the place. Nothing is where it should be. The cashier wasn’t friendly, she seems like she hates her job, she did even say hi or anything!! Just go to Walmart

I was very disappointed in this store. Very mess and they had stuff in the right place. The cashier was very rude I tried to talk to him and he didn't say two words. I will not get back to this store. It is always cluttered. And my stuff that was in the paper that was supposed to be on sell didn't ring up right.

The cashier attendant went out of his way to help me and I noticed he helped alot of other people. He didn't get flustered and answered every question he could and if he didn't know the answer he got his manager.

I went in to use my smart coupon for the tide pods, but it would not accept my coupon for any of the varieties of Tide pods. So instead of the cashier COMMUNICATING with me what's going on and what can be done, she just had me stand there for twenty minutes while she helped other customers and talked on the phone to someone. I'm Asking her what's going on or what can they do and she tells me she is calling customer service. She then tells me to look for a customer service number on my app for her, and when I pull it up she tells me to call that number because there is nothing she can do. She couldve told me that from jump if she didn't know what she was doing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
