Talk about a dynamic duo! Both Steve & Malia White have brilliant minds and know their business inside and out. I have had White and Associates Group, LLC accountants for over 7+ years. Hands down this team is the best in the business! I couldn't have found a better EXACTA with Steve and Malia White. Top shelf, above and beyond, "can do" attitude. I hope this review comes to the attention of both current and prospective clients of this firm. I became a customer of good ole Steve here because my old and trusted accountant retired and I guess sold her business clientele to him. My previous accountant being someone I trusted, I figured I was in good hands. I wasn't. Taxes are like my kryptonite and I didn't do the legwork and compare new accountants to him and he proceeded to charge me his "flat rate" or however he refers to it as for my S-Corp and I am a VERY small business and I paid his $425 rate and didn't think twice. The last year I used his "services", I noticed that after I turned my information over to his company, I was surprised how fast it was turned back over to me. And just as fast came his $425 fee. I finally caught on and used another accountant last year- and he had to learn about my business and do some legwork and charged me $150 for the EXACT SAME SERVICE. This new accountant is every bit as capable as SW&A. So basically SW&A will make sure you don't spend too much on taxes but will let you overspend plenty on him.By the way- I am SURE if my company's taxes were overly complicated and he actually had to put in the extra work, that he would have honored his "flat rate".I cannot state this firmly enough (my opinion here)- if you are in his clutches or are about to be, make 100% sure that you know exactly what you are paying for and compare it to other firms for the same service- Steve ain't better than almost any of them and you won't wind up spending an extra $1000 or so like I did.On a final note, Steve and I were going back and forth and he threatened to turn me over to an attorney- one of his favorite words- if I didn't pay by the 30th (tomorrow). The link he gave me wasn't working so I asked him to send me another one. He said basically F-you, send it fedex or I will see you in court. It has been quite a while since I have dealt with a sleazy creature such as this.

Worked with them for 6 years. Always poor communication and follow-up. Three of those years I found mistakes and had to advise them to make changes. Sloppy filing of S-Corp and Personal returns. Finally had enough and changed to another firm. They ignored my request to give my new provider the Log In and Pin for EFTPS. Very unprofessional. Stay away from doing business with these folks.Bruce S.
