Run by a bunch of entitled, arrogant, @$$holes. Tried to deposit a check from my parents and they accused me of forging the check. They didnt say it to my face, but when I called their customer service to complain, Michelle, acted with the same arrogance. She called the branch and they informed her that they thought the date was suspicious. Perhaps its sexist because none were male. STAY AWAY FROM THESE POMPOUS @$$HOLES!

THANK YOU ROZEENA TAJAN (Suwanee Branch)!!!! Rozenna helped me with my banking needs and pointed out how I could save money with transaction costs -- very helpful! I had a questions on a payment method available on the Wells Fargo app. Rozenna told me she had never been asked that question before and would get back to me. A few hours later Rozenna called me back!! With the answer!! Thank you!!!

Very poor customer service. Nickel & diming me to death on fees. Stayed with them because of long standing relationships with banks they purchased but looking for better banking service.

What a terrible experience. They won't let you in the store but they let some people in the store. Okay fine with Covid no problem and they directing everyone to the outdoor banking...WHICH IS SOOOO SLOW! If you are directing 90% of your customers there, why aren't you directing staff there?! Takes 25 mins Easy to deposit a check. This is a terrible experience. I understand why you're directing everyone to the outdoor machines to get their banking done but honestly everybody is going to be there there should be multiple tellers handling this. There's like one teller managing 4-5lanes. Who plans this?! So frustrating. Don't go here if you can help it.
