“Store is clean and organized. Prices seem to be better than average. Last week I bought tires and found the process easy and didn’t have to wait an excessive period of time. On the few occasions when I’ve had to return an item they make it easy. So overall I am happy with Costco and plan to continue shopping here each week.
Im sure it’s difficult for any store to always have quality items but they must try to stay competitive. Recently the toilet paper is sub par. Much below average. Thin with rips or tears. I’m not the only one who has noticed this so will have to change brands”
“Have bought numerous good quality items from Costco. Most of the time their prices are lower than competitors. Also, on the few occasions I’ve had to return an item it’s absolutely no problem. They do often have long lines but are quite organized and the line moves quickly. At this time, I have no negative comments.”
“For me without a doubt the best place to download, Appt for 6 pm I arrived at 11:50 pm, a man received the papers and told me to park from 6 to 8, when I got to the door a man was already there waiting for me to park, It is the dream of any driver to come here, Thanks to these kind people, I parked in front of gates 45 and spent the night, I hope this helps you Without a doubt it is the best place to unload in many years OTR, it is my first time here and without a doubt these people are very polite and friendly, Thank you for your hospitality, To the truckers, we know how difficult it is to be stationary late at night and here I was able to do it after downloading at 12:20 am, you know what I mean, good luck to everyone”

“Checked in, if you have a delivery i was told any door from 6-10, showed up a day before my appointment, currently sunday 09:48hrs (app was for monday 0800) and they are unloading me, these guys will take you in anytime so even if you will be early just check in and back into any of the receiving docks (was told 6-10) and they’ll unload you, plenty of space as well, definitely 5stars”

“I deliver specifically to "Sumika", which I assume is part of Pax, as it's located within the building that's labeled as such. The guy that unloads you takes about 20 minutes once he gets started. A private bathroom is located just inside the door, to the right of the check-in window. I have no complaints.”

“Leonisa, customer service has not been too helpful in getting my wife's pieces swapped out and getting them back to me, so since the warehouse is not far from me I went up there and the very nice lady helped me and was super nice about it. And I couldn't thank her enough.”
“Arrived on 1-5-2024 at 4:45 a.m. for a 5:00 a.m. appointment. The security guard was courteous and professional. You hand your paperwork and ID to the guard at the guard shack and they instruct you to cut seal. Then you proceeded to door 428 to put paperwork in the basket, then back up to the door you are assigned. It's a green/red/green light system. They will also tap on your trailer a few times to let you know you are finished. I was on the dock a 5 and out by 6:00 a.m. I'm not sure why they have so many negative reviews, but my experience was streamlined and professional. I will say that the box trucks that come in and out fly through the lot and need to slow down.”
“You can show up and check-in 12hr early, just as good as having overnight parking when every truck stop within an hour is full 24/7. Nice guards, nice receiving, decent lumpers, no lounge.
Only thing I can't abide is trying to call someone and getting trapped in phone menu loops, finally getting ahold of someone and they're just useless and ignorant. 24 hr facility and "the receiving office opens at 7". Fix your phones!”

“Came in looking for a vacuum and walked out a ninja multi-function oven and a few other things for cheap cheap.. There’s all kinds of stuff here, cool stuff! We will definitely be back. Dan was super helpful!”
