This store has always been an absolute delight to shop at because they always have a great variety of items in stock and their customer service representatives are always very kind and accommodating. I went shopping two days ago in search of some makeup that I desperately needed. A young lady named Shalom helped me find what I needed and made several recommendations, so I was able to leave feeling even happier. I appreciate this store and the people who work there! :)!!!!

How does an RX show up in the app, get cancelled by someone at the store, and then when I speak to the pharmacist I’m told they never received the prescription…then the pharmacist maliciously cancels the lower dose of the prescription (even though they have that one) so I can try to take what the doctor prescribed until we figure out the prescription issues?

Jackie was so patient with me today and helped me find items in two minutes that would’ve took me an hour. So grateful that she was there today to help me! Give her a raise!

I’m definitely not coming back to this store, I have no idea about who’s hiring the staff on this place, but that Colombian girl named “Shalom” who assists the photography section is extremely rude, she has no idea of customer service and manners. There are so many people with better qualifications to cover her position.

Worst pharmacy ever. Horribly discriminated against without any proper review or discussion of files. Filed ADA complaint for the first time in my life. Female, Asian pharmacist named Jin called me, upon records being transferred from current pharmacy of many years that closed unexpectedly. Previous to using the last Pharmacy for many years, I was with that Walgreen's, and prior to it the Rite Aid that became Walgreen's for many years! I have a long-standing history with Walgreen's, most recently filling one of these prescriptions last month at another location with no problems! Without any discussion whatsoever, Jin called me and was horribly rude, and let me know that she would not feel any of my prescriptions, controlled substances, or otherwise, due to "conflict". When I tried to ask, for a reason or what drug caused a "conflict" , she refused to give it or any reasoning, cutting me off and talking over me every time I tried to ask her question. I couldn't believe that she refused to fill all other prescriptions as well. When I came in the next day to talk to her, she lied to me and denied ever saying it when she clearly did, followed by, "it's not up for debate; I've made my decision"(she said during initial call). She wavered saying that , and who's decision it was, hers or Walgreens policy., being her decision. She shifted whichever way she thought the conversation would benefit her in the moment, constantly changing her story. Clear case of discrimination, without proper review. I explained to her that, but Georgia state Supreme Court ruled in my disability and multiple issues, and explained my issues, trying to appeal to hopefully any rational anything in her. It was pointless. She was extremely rude until the moment I told her I filed an ADA complaint that morning, and was only in there for her name. She changed her pretty quickly! Then it was all Walgreen's fault, and not hers! I wouldn't waste my time with this Pharmacy, or spending any money here. This is my corner store, which I will never spend another dollar in, or any Walgreen's, as far as I can help it, anywhere!

Walgreens is what it is, frankly. A pharmacy, nik-nak, cosmetics & seasonal store... with beer & wine! Some electronic items & don't forget the photo desk! They have 2 kiosks for printing your own photos & do help when needed (not what I was there for this time). I came in for some Christmas stocking stuffers & as prices are not BAD, they are high!!! $2.50 for 8 candy canes... go to the Dollar store, $1.25! Anyway, I got out for $22 & with my rewards number it came down to $18. Not too bad. Store is clean, friendly folks! I think the 1 big issue was that many items didn't have prices listed.... Frustrating & I probably would have purchased more had they been up. Their loss! I only run in here for a quick couple of things. I don't make a habit of coming- too expensive.

Nothing to do with the staff , but bought 4 apple gift cards that wouldn’t work .. stay away from Apple gift cards from there.. very upsetting

Had a really disappointing incident at the register earlier. I was about to ring an item up and asked the girl how much with tax. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough as she had rung up the item already . To my surprise she sighed pretty loud ,I guess she was annoyed because I decided to cancel the item . Then asked another cashier if she could void the item for her while she moved out the way. I didn't say anything because I know how I can go from 0 to 100 pretty fast when it comes to bs like this. I told the other cashier I'd be right back as I was going to get some more change but decided it wasn't worth it if I had to be succumbed to that attitude.

London and Darwin are such great employees that used to work here ! If only the managers could recognize their hard work . Thank you guys for making my day multiple times as I am a regular that comes in . Ashamed but as should , they have moved on to better .

I was having a very difficult day and had gone to 2 other pharmacies (Kroger & my Kaiser pharmacy). Kroger didn't do "compound medicine", Kaiser only had 2 of the medicines. A young man at the Lawrenceville Suwanee store explained what I needed to do and picked out the over the counter medicines that I needed to mix together. He explained everything I needed to do. He was so patient and kind. I work in the customer service arena and often people don't comment on great employees but I wanted you to know this young man was amazing. I apologize that I didn't get his name but he's a tall African American young man with dark skin. I'm so thankful for all he did for me.

These guys are so slow at checking out. Most incompetent employees at the register. God forbid they call for backup at the register, it's like watching bevis and butthead trying to solve a problem. I'm a local and this happens 4/5 times for the past 6-12 mo. Just going to have to find my product elsewhere. Feel like I'm getting dumber shopping here.

I dropped my prescription and the guy told me its going to be ready at 7 pm when I return he said it’s going to be ready until tomorrow, when I come the next day at 9, because he told me they open at nine I had to wait 20 mins in order to get my prescription, and the woman who spoke with me was very rude, she forcefully wanted me to sit down.

I always wait forever to pay at this store, save us all, join 2022 and please get self checkout! The people are always great thought but ooof!
