Hello, I hope this finds you well. Before reading this review, please understand, that I genuinely emphasize with service \\u0026 techs working in the pharmaceutical industry - it's demanding, tedious, \\u0026 always going. I work in Commercial Utility \\u0026 Electric; pressure is understood. Complacent behavior, however, is not tolerated. That being said I would like to address an issue with Pharmacist \\\"Jane \\\" at this location: Walgreen's - Kroger Shopping Center 2075 Lawrenceville Suwanee + Dean Rd. Suwanee GA. Because of factors beyond our control there are known shortages of certain medications - I am neurodivergent (on spectrum functional adult) \\u0026 have patronized this Walgreen's location for over a decade. Due to my diagnosis I am required to take medication on a set schedule - if this schedule is dis-regulated; I run the risk of hospitalization, seizure, \\u0026 possible death, amongst other complications. As many others do in life. After 10 years of being on medication, going to therapy, dealing with unwanted side effects of treatment, being an accountable adult - I am happy to note that I am tapering safely off of medication, until today... Suddenly, a prescription that is always in stock is no longer available. \\\"Jane\\\" (whom I am familiar with though she does not know me after over a decade of patronage) - informs me that my medication is on \\\"indefinite back order\\\" (in the last 2 years this has happened a minimum of 6 times, very dangerous) - that I am to find another pharmacy to fill my medication, while offering no assistance at all in doing so, before promptly hanging up, \\u0026 ignoring further inquiries from myself \\u0026 other pharmacies. I am very disappointed - I am med compliant, polite, military raised, never workshy \\u0026 always prepared when attending the 2075 Walgreen's location in Suwanee GA. If the pharmacist is unwilling to assist me in conjunction with my doctor - I will be forced into a very damaging situation and face further set backs; when all I want to accomplish is the use of LESS prescribed medication. So, thank you \\\"Jane\\\" \\u0026 staff for your help. Are you proud of the \\\"work\\\" you did today? Would you like a member of your family who suffers from an illness to be treated in this manner? ... yeah, thought so. I was told by several other pharmacy techs that when calling to request the transfer a member of staff at 2075 simply hung up, when they could have easily transferred the medication. This is complacent negligence that endangers patients like myself; working people who also have to manage their neurosis \\u0026 stability daily. Will attempt to rectifying the situation this weekend; or Monday I will have to file a complaint with corporate. I am unafraid of corporate red tap \\u0026 legal psychobabble; I am also highly educated \\u0026 it is of no concern for me to address foul play in the medical world - they profit on the suffering of others. Unacceptable. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this location; find a place where you are treated with human dignity - rather than a stigmatized preconceived notion of who YOU are, and why you are a client. Ah, and as I type CVS just filled my prescription NOW without issue. Took less than 10 minutes - Walgreen's will no longer be receiving any money from me. I'd advise taking your business elsewhere, once again. Discrimination of any kind should not be rewarded. To all but \\\"Jane\\\" - Kind Regards, Stay Safe, \\u0026 Be Well. Bless Up.

The whole place is unprofessional from the cashier's in the front to the Asian pharmacy worker's.. They have no sense of urgency or compassion and I left kroger because of the same reason now Im transferring my prescriptions back to publix. The whole Walgreens needs to me shut down.

this pharmacy is horrible. there is one specific lady who gives my grandparents the HARDEST time! insinuating that they are unlawfully refilling medication/not needing the medication that they are prescribed, etc. (on NUMEROUS occasions)! she then proceeded to clear my grandmothers profile, no longer allowing her to use this pharmacy!from one minority to another, do better and better.

This location is terrible. The pharmacist was saying people's full names and date of birth out loud in front of all the other customers. They are rude, unprofessional and their system never seems to have any of the information I provided online. I'll never come back here.

The automated phone system is terrible. Pharmacy does not order meds so are out of medicine patient really needs when it’s time for it causing distress from not having medication

I need glucose gels for when I have low blood sugars and they always have the gels. I find them convenient and always helpful!

I had 4 items in my cart. One was plainly marked as a sale item. With the same price displayed on the counter. The item rang up the regular price. We had to call the manager. I was offered Walgreens points since my receipt was digital and I could not sign into the acct. this has happened to me several times and is frustrating. ? I appreciate the points being offered but it’s frustrating to have them fight for the correct price when it is posted right in front of the product.

The automated phone system they use is worthless. Told me I had no prescription on 5 different occasions immediately after having a surgery even though my prescription was ready. I had to call my doctor back and forth to find out it had already been ready but at that point could no longer drive due to my condition so now I'm a day behind on an extremely important antibiotic.

If I could give you zero stars I would. You’ve had a sign in your window for three days so I could not get my medicine and now I’ve been waiting in your drive thru for 45 minutes. Ridiculous!
