Mr. Fred saved my life. My phone was out since Friday. With failed attempts by the online Tech Support team. Mr. Fred took care of me on Monday morning less than 20 minutes. If you’re having trouble please stop by and see Mr. Fred. Very friendly and understanding.

Kyler made a four phone circus trade in as organized and as easy as I have ever experienced. There isn't a higher compliment that I can give.
I wrote the above at Kyler's request before everything was finished. This rating went from 5 to a 1 because Kyler instructed me to wipe a phone, then when it was discovered the information was not secured, he shrugged and did not care. I would never trust his knowledge about what to do with a phone because in the 4 hours I sat at that store the only thing I can say about him is all he wanted was a five star rating. He did not give me anything close to five star help. I bought four phones and did all the work of setting them up and one is currently a brick. Kyler let a customer walk out of his store with brand new Samsung 24+ made into a brick while in his store less than two hours after unboxing. His complete lack of empathy and knowledge directly reflected my changed review.

The people there are very helpful and knowledgeable, but I had to pay a $60 service charge to buy a phone at this store. Do all Verizon stores do this or just this one? Never had to pay for the privilege of buying a phone before! If not for that, this would have been a 5 start review.

Y’all gotta go to the store location in Suwanee 3186, Fred was extremely helpful and took his time with me until the process was complete. He even helped two other people while finishing up with me, ok multi-tasker! Lol. He was great guys, make sure to check them out!
