In 2021, I had vein ablation in both legs at the doctor's recommendation. During the first procedure, the radio frequency rod entered my vein, and was so hot, I almost jumped off the table in pain. It is 2023, and I still have pain in one leg. The practice has not been able to help me in any way. My quality of life has suffered tremendously. The worst part is that I have been told by two other doctors that I probably did not even need the procedures. Wow. Just wow.

I’ve had leg pain and varicose veins for as long as I can remember, and just assumed that I would have to live with pain and discomfort associated with Venous Reflux. Both Dr. David and Dr. Alex Park, and the entire team are very caring and made the experience very effortless and pain free. I highly recommend Vein Innovations to anyone who is dealing with leg issues. I am very pleased with my experience.

My experience with Vein Innovations in Johns Creek has been nothing but great. I really can't say enough about David and Alexander Park and their team. I began my treatment a few months ago and after next week I will have completed my last "sclero" appointment with Genice. She mentioned that I will miss coming to see the team and I think she may be right. Meeting Jamie (front desk) for the first time certainly set the pace with professionalism and kindness - a rare combination. Next, I never had any worries with the treatment I received from Drs. David and Alexander... and they are so nice! I must mention their superb support team: Wanda, Maggie, Ashley and Shinae. Wow, what a winning hand. In addition I always began my treatment at designated appointment time. Where does that happen? No where else I know. I must also mention Ashalena (accounting) who oversaw all financials at the "Pill hill" location and then moved with the Park brothers to Johns Creek. Thanks Ashalena for keeping on eye on all billing for me. OK, I'll stop now otherwise people are going to think I got paid to write this.Merry Christmas!

After shouting out to my Facebook community where I should go to treat my veins, my friend highly recommended VeinInnovations. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. It was a great pleasure speaking with and being treated by both doctors. The entire staff is very professional and treatments have been very successful.

I have nothing but gratitude for the professionalism and expertise for Dr Park and his team. Thank Wanda, Ashley, Laura, the young lady that greets me every time I walk in (I'm sorry I forgot your name) and the ladies who laugh at my jokes while giving me my ultrasound. Both Dr. Park (David & Alexander) and the entire staff are phenomenal. I’ve had varicose veins for several years that then got worse due to pregnancy, and spider veins also emerged during pregnancy. I cannot recommend this place enough! They have been absolutely wonderful during the course of my varicose vein treatment. I look forward to the next step, which is sclerotherapy treatment for my spider veins. The staff is super knowledgeable, they make an effort to get to know you & they make the treatment visits feel fun!

I’ve been a patient of Vein Innovations since October. The staff, Laura, Ashley, Wanda and Sophie are absolutely amazing. I walk in and feel like family the minute I see them. Dr. David Park and Dr. Alex Park are great. I’m thankful they are in the Johns Creek area. I highly recommend them and their team.

If you are looking for professionals that are competent, responsive, and care about you as a person, this is the place! I went to another vein clinic and felt like I was one in a herd of cattle pushed through a revolving door for cash ...with no interest in me as an individual. This changed on day one ..my first phone call and clinic visit at VeinInnovations. The surgical specialists are conscientious, thorough, and honest. I've received several treatments at Vein Innovations and I'm very pleased with the results. All staff are fantastic and I will continue to support and refer any friends and family needing these types of medical procedures to this clinic! Awesome! Can't say enough!!

Hi my name is Ania Allen.I first heard about Vein Innovations on the Radio 104.7 The Fish.I contacted them and scheduled a counciltation.It would be 6 months later before I could actually have my procedure performed.I'm a overseas contractor supporting our US Military in Iraq. So I would only be home on R&R for 11 days total.Dr. Alex Parks and his Staff scheduled and performed on Both Legs out patient surgery, My Follow Up Visit and ScleroTherapy in a Total of 5 Days.The Staff from the front desk to the nurses and aids worked together like a well oil machine.I've never experienced TEAM work so fluent in a Doctor's office before this procedure.This Team Of Professionals have been Kind, Attentive and Accommodating to My Schedule as well as My Needs.Just Like The FISH, I would recommend them to anyone having concerned or challenged with Vein Conditions.This TEAM was Delightful.Ania Allen

I'm just finishing up my treatments but from the beginning it's been a very pleasant experience and good customer service is important to me. The facility is clean, well decorated and feels like you're walking into a business that cares about their patients, staff and reputation. Dr. Park was very kind and put me at ease during my procedures. Everyone was extremely nice, caring and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I'm just finishing up my treatment with the sclerotherapy sessions with Laura who is very thorough. It's like when you get a pedicure, this is the fun part like getting your nails painted. This is where I finally get to see the results of my legs looking and feeling great. I have a few more sessions to get to my final result. I'm excited to wear shorts next year. I highly recommend VeinInnovations if you're considering this varicose vein surgery.
