Worst post office ever? Pretty close. When we do get a good carrier it is short lived. They do not seem to care if your mail gets picked up or not or delivered. Pretty bad.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. This is the ABSOLUTE worst PO branch. The lines are always long and the customer service is TERRIBLE. The workers are never in a hurry to help, they are not kind, and there is no consistency in the information they provide. They seem to change their rules as they go. The machines are never working and the workers don't seem to care that you've waited in the line for 40 minutes on your lunch break, only to learn the machines are down. Even the mail never seems to get delivered properly, it's either very late or it doesn't get to you at all. I almost this wish this location would just shut down if it can't find employees that care about the customers. Get it together the entire staff could use real TRAINING in customer service and again I wish I could give this branch a zero!

i was there for finger printing. After standing in line for over 15 minutes, I went to the counter and a staff told me without any apologies that they couldn't do it because the machine was broken. The staff kept asking other customers to give them good scores on the survey. Why focus on customer survey scores without even providing minimal customer service by putting a notice near the door or counter saying that the fingerprint machine is out of order so that customers don't waste time waiting in line?I hope you take a moment to think about what service really is for customers.

I come here daily for my business. I’m impressed at how professional they are, even when people are screaming at them for something they didn’t personally do. I would cry or quit if people talked to me the way some people do to them. But they keep showing up, and again with high amounts of professionalism.

The best customer service! Thank you to the regular mail carrier Andrew! Andrew is always so friendly and so kind when he delivers mail to the property I work at. Ella, Sidonia Bates, Waymon Whipple and Cinque big thank you to you all as well. I came in to get my passport and with no hesitation I received very helpful and friendly customer service. I appreciate your great attitudes and willing to help. Thanks for going the extra mile! Keep up the great team work everyone! Great location for any of your needs. I will see you all again!
