“Wonderful eclectic antique store and Jo, the owner, is just great. Some of my favorite finds thus far have been a gorgeous hall tree, turkey decanter and beautiful framed picture. Of special note, Jo and her son make exquisite birdhouses out of reclaimed wood, moss, etc and I was lucky enough to scoop up one of their beautiful creations. It’s absolutely too nice for a functional birdhouse .. more of a gorgeous conversational piece.”

“Absolutely love this store in DTL. Been in here multiple times but this time a dress in the window caught my daughter’s eye. The lady was so kind and welcoming even with it being so close to closing time. She said my daughter was welcome to use the fitting room to try on the dress, which she end up loving! She even offered my husband the “man chair” to relax in while he waited. He was thrilled. LOL. We will shop here again! Great vibe and energy!”

“I would like to respond to people that say Plato's Closet is to expensive for it to be a secondhand store. I have to agree it is a little higher priced than most thrift stores but they operate different. The clothing they have is geared for the younger generation it gives them an opportunity to find good quality clothing in great shape that's in a better price range for them Pluto's closet pays for most of their very little of their stuff is fully donated so it will cost you a little they look through the stuff and they only accept things that are in good shape and thinks that the younger generation would really enjoy that's why they're not like your bottom dollar thrift I think it's a great place it's a good idea for the younger generation to be able to afford some really nice things at a cheaper price. But don't get me wrong just because it's geared for the younger teens and early twenties it's also got some great stuff in there for the older folks like me. 5 stars from me. I'm 63 and I can find things I like. Great boots and shoes also. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“My sons and i have been shopping at manhattan for many yrs! We moved to ga in 2002 my sons love their pants, shirts, shorts & sweat outfits!!! The husband n wife are very friendly and know my sons and say hi when they see them come in the store. They are fantastic love this store!!!”

“Customer service was good, Michelle was awesome, I called her the very next day after purchasing a massage chair that was defective and she said come back so we can check it out and realized it was defective, she gave me nothing but excellent customer service and replaced my chair. I gave 4 stars because her employers did not shrink wrap my chair knowing it was raining and I had an over an hour for home. They handed me plastic and the shrink wrap to do myself. Plastic flew off and chair got all wet up but it was leather and im home enjoying my chair.”

“I like this location better than other branches because of the selection. When I was checking out, one of the item’s tags had to be changed. The employee ripped it off. I didn’t think anything of it at the time. When I get home, I see there is not one, but 3 small holes at the back of the neck where they usually put the tags. I’m assuming the multiple employees just rip the tags off by hand. I returned it the next time I went to Plato’s.”
“By far, my favorite Goodwill. I have to add the two ladies that works up front are so refreshing. Havent had customer service like that in years. I used to come in and lines are so long, now the lines moves faster and I get great conversations and smiles. Also its easy to find things in the store. Keep up the great work ladies!”
