This store does not cherish their customer's time. They don't service their customers based on a first come, first serve basis. If you’re Asian, then you’ll be prioritized over everyone else. That’s a shame..

I had some packages to drop off over a couple days. They were all pre-packed, sealed and had labels already. I waited for a few minutes because I needed drop off receipts. This place can be busy because they need to help customers in many cases. Over all they do is great job.

Usually a great store. But, I think they should verbally specify (at time of shipping) that 2ND DAY IS NOT GUARANTIED, instead of pointing to a sign on the counter that says "UPS only guaranties overnight" after I complained of a late delivery.IF I HAD KNOWN OF THE "NO 2ND DAY GUARANTY" I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE POST OFFICE!

Been coming to this location for years. Never have to wait long. Staff is wonderful. They always take the time to help and explain. I never feel rushed.

I had to make some returns for Amazon & AT&T so I stopped by this UPS store. Just my luck -- their Internet went down when I was there so the employees were scrambling. I could tell they were drowning.Despite the chaos, this one employee was super kind enough to help me with my Amazon return. He told me it's an offline return but he can scan it when it goes back on. Unfortunately, I would have to wait until tomorrow for the AT&T return. I tried not letting it bug me because the employee was trying to be super helpful.I returned the next day and another employee was able to help me with the AT&T return very quickly. Everyone here was super kind -- I know there's not much to review about UPS stores but I was impressed with the service here. Knowing that this place is the nearest UPS location, I can't wait to continue my loyalty here!

Well I’ve been coming here for years they’ve always pretty rude, the manager is horrible, today was the first time anyone spoke to me. I’d love to recognize Terri, he spoke and was very pleasant, after speaking to another customer who shared my thoughts, we really believe that Terri should be the manager I’d bet people would come back…thank you

I've used this store for 6 years, and likely never will again! Previous staff was much better, they lost great team members! My past few attempted transactions with this location have been atrocious, Horribly slow, and they seem to be price gouging like nothing I've ever seen before. Last time, they wanted to charge me something like $60-$70 to ship a lightweight small book 10-14 day, slowest delivery. When I said forget that, I'll just return it on Amazon app and u can send it back to THEM for free, they suddenly said, "ohhhh what did u say it was again? A book? A published one??? I guess we can do it for $12.00!" That's quite a big price drop! And maybe you should let your staff know books generally come in published form. Geez. Today, I attempted to send a regular Ole birthday card, in-state, priority mail/ 2-day shipping. Employee said it was $68.00-$80.00 were my 2 options. For a card!!!!! You MUST be kidding me! I questioned it and she assured me that's the cost! Her attitude that she couldn't possibly care less. I have seen first hand that they charge a ridiculously high price, then drop it if they have to. This IS ABSOLUTE PRICE GOUGING! Is management training their employees to gouge customers over fair pricing? Under new management??? It sure seems that way from what I have personally seen and experienced. Their old staff never behaved in this manor. I would suggest corporate take a look at their store. Or maybe some governmental oversight committees??? Either way, take your business anywhere but here if you value your hard-earned money and time! They are also horribly slow with zero sense of urgency. A very entitled, lazy staff experience.

I went in with a UPS mobile label and they tried to tell me it didn’t work that I had to email it to them and then they would charge me money and then I said that’s fine I’ll just go to the other UPS store and then they grabbed it and scanned it, and it worked totally dishonest.

I went into the store so someone could help me with a tape gun. Terry D., was a wonderful help. Very patient. He taught me one and then let me do it. Ask for him every time you go in. He is exceptional!!!!
