I don’t want to make a bad review but the lady customer service seem she doesn’t want to work there, how come the company want to hire a person like that?? Not friendly and cold?? she should work in back office NOT frontliner! Better you print the label at home otherwise they charge you! not really pleasent experience in this store!!!!

Do not trust this store. chose a 2 day delivery to find out package would not be delivered until 5 days later

The guys at this location are really helpful. All polite and don't mind helping me out due to my disability, etc. My only complaint is how pricey it gets anytime I need a box or shipping bag for something, UPS could do better in that respect. Highly recommend this location, tho.

I was blessed to have been helped by Kyle. I just needed to drop off a package that had a prepaid label. He was very nice as he greeted me and apologetic that the store had so many packages on the counter. You can tell they were busy earlier and working very hard.

Don't understand how only 1 random home delivery attempt is made and then the packages go back to a store and the customer has to go pick it up now. Crazy poor service and this is a package delivery company. I waited around all day for the second attempt which was never tried.

I hesitated going here due to the bad reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Here was my experience: The first young male checking me in was polite, but didn’t seem to want to deal with one item because he said the box would be $20 to buy. I needed a box for a 3’x1’’ object. I thought “no way” but let it go and just returned my other stuff. Then a lady (who probably owns the business came out to help) and she said it was $11 for the box. Ok, I will pay $11 not to deal w having to go find a box and come back. Not sure why the kid didn’t say the same unless they don’t have set prices or she was doing me a favor. My returns were a mess and annoying. I get this. Some of my items had return labels and some did not. Nothing was taped and ready to ship. I had to email them one return label. The lady and the boy dealt with me for as long as needed and didn’t make me shy away from coming back. It wasn’t the nightmare that I expected from the other reviews. I will say that the businesses I give 5 stars to also have people who treat customers with warmth. A smile goes a long way. While no one was rude, it felt very cold, as if no one was particularly happy to be there. The energy you give off is also very important when running a business.

Stay away from this store. I went to this store to ship a package and paid $202.00 for shipping and insurance and was told that my package will be delivered two days later. I was also told that I could start tracking my package the same day after 9:00 PM. I check on the status of my package the following day and the status read ‘label created’. I told myself to just give it a couple days and check again. I tried to track my package again 4 days later and the status read ‘label created’. At this point, I was irritated and called the store and I spoke to a store associate and was told that all packages are sent out daily before end of day and that my package was not in the store and he couldn’t tell me what had happened to my package. I was told by the same associate to call the UPS corporate office and explain what happened. So, I asked the store associate to provide me the phone number of the corporate office and was told that they don’t have the number. I asked the associate to get the store manager on the phone and I was told that the store manager is out and won’t be back for another 4 days. This associate also told me to email the store because the manager would most likely respond. I emailed the store and never heard anything. I called the corporate office and could not get a hold of anyone. Long story short, a week later my wife went to the store and come to find out my package was still seating in the corner of this store and none of store associates knew why. My wife had asked the store associate to call the store manager and the store manager did want to cooperate or provide an explanation of why the package was seating in the store for a week and no one called or informed us about the status of our package. We ended up taking our package to FedEx and we were able to successfully ship our package.

The worst customer service, it's almost like they think you are begging them to do business with them. If you can, go to the FedEx across the street instead.

I was extremely disappointed when I visited this store the other day. I've been using their services for four years plus, but on Monday when I got there, I realized something has changed. The previous owner has left and the new person there was very unprofessional, very loud and horrible. I immediately left. She was just rude and the attitude was on onother level . The lady there need a serious customer service schooling.

So yep I figured something must of happen, I won’t be renewing here…so do not come here service is trash. The old team is gone and you can tell. Super sad I’ve been here for 4 years.

Mr. Dan is gone and so is quality customer service. 8 years quality customer service. Now what is going on? We pay a fee for mailboxes and now we have to pay for security too. Packages missing, $22.00 charge for next day delivery that never arrived. NEW OWNER, NEW DRAMA.

Paid $55 on a Saturday morning at this location and was told my envelope would arrive in Maryland by noon on Monday. Per my follow up call when recipient didn't receive and UPS website only indicating "label printed" I was told the envelope didn't leave the drop off location until Monday. I was told that all they guarantee is the shipping time between the "from" and "to" destination. "From" is not necessarily the day you drop it off! Well, Usain Bolt may run the 100 yards in world record time, but if he waits two days after the gun sounds to start running, it doesn't much matter how fast he is, now does it? Use FedEx across the street!
