Poor customer service. Processed my Amazon return printing one label for two boxes of the same items. Could not print a second label, I asked if taping the two boxes together would work? He said yes, but I would have to go home and tape it up. Can we tape it up now? He said no and that I could buy tape and a dispenser. I said , you can’t just hand me that tape behind you? He said “no I don’t want to waste the tape”I won’t return to this location.However, they did save 16 inches of tape but lost a customer.

Weird vibes and service.I emailed my labels to be printed, something that is very common. The man treated me like I was stupid and asked if I used an email on a sheet of paper as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Proceeded to print them off and make comments about each one he printed off, it’s as if he had a problem with me printing USPS labels at a UPS store. Weird vibes ALL around.

Lost my phone with no tracking information updated after paying for shipping and dropping the package… fraudsters and thieves in the store who are conspiring with UPS drivers to steal products shipped… tracker number is given but not updated right from when you drop the package… STAY AWAY FROM UPS

Owner is rude. Told me I was stealing from him bc I had him scan an item for an Amazon return that needed to be in a bag instead of just printing the label. He ripped the item out of my hand and refused to give me back my receipt. He called me stupid and was very rude. I will not ever go back to this location.

Every employee is very mean. I went to mail an international package to Belgium with a clay pot inside. I packed it very securely with bubble wrap and extra cardboard layers/packing popcorn.The overweight woman behind the counter immediately started yelling at me on how I should have prepaid online and that I am slowing everyone down (There was a line but I was still a paying customer).Both my recipient and I were in no rush so I wanted the slowest and cheapest service. She kept pressurizing me to purchase next day shipping. Even after refusing respectfully, she kept giving me annoyed looks.After she took payment, she tossed/threw my box in the back even when I had told her it's very fragile and to please be careful. I also had many fragile labels on it too. I asked her to please be careful again and she replied with "please leave, you're slowing down my store."I will always go to the Fedex store near me from now on (most professional team ever!). UPS has lost my business for life.

I go in every week. The two young people, young man and the young lady do not SMILE and short in their answers. I was hoping it would get better it hasn't, not going back. I have to better customer service!

Rosie at the front was unprofessional and gave me attitude. Which I didn’t deserve I wasn’t rude to her. I came in to return a package to Amazon. I had 2 shipping labels on one package and was told by amazon that since the 2 items are going back to the same place that would be ok. As amazon shipped me the items in one box. Amazon said To put both shipping labels on the box. Rosie tells me I can’t do this in an annoyed tone. To which I wasn’t rude I just explained I was told I could. She has a snappy response which was ya but Amazon doesn’t know our policy. I asked politely more on the subject which was met with the same attitude. I then asked if I could talk to a manager she said there was no manager they were the only people there all the time. However a few sentences later I’m being told the manager would be in tomorrow and I could talk to the him. I decided to ask if I could call corporate to see if there was any way to scan both labels on one package. Since having to divide it up would mean I’d have to buy another package that would be an awkward shape to fit both items. Trying to avoid the extra expense I called the number she gave me. It seemed like I’d be on the phone for a really long time so I called another packaging place to see if they knew any way around this. She listened into my conversation and got upset when I made another phone call. All I was able to say was is this the pac mail beside publix. (When she Rolls her eyes walks away from the counter saying out loud. I’m done with this??) I could tell she was irritated from the start but that just took it to a level I felt was really out of bounds. It’s unprofessional it’s rude and I will never be coming back to this ups store. I did go to another where they were happy to help me ship the box with both labels on. I’m not saying that she was lying I don’t feel that way. I’m not upset about being told I couldn’t do it. I understood what she was saying. It made since I was just trying to find a way to work it out to we’re I wouldn’t have to by a box. I’m upset she felt the need to be rude about the situation. I don’t take it personally I know I didn’t do anything wrong to her. I do feel that when you’re working at a place and you’re representing a business that even if something is annoying to you, you still need to be professional and amicable. This was not even a big deal at all and it seem to ruin her day.

I had to get a couples things done and I didn’t have no idea what I was doing. This wonderful employee Rosi, she helped me and she went above and beyond helping me. I will definitely be coming back this store. Keep up the good work:)

I started coming to this store after a bad experience at the McGinnis ferry one and have been coming in ever since just for the customer service. I always have a good time talking to rosi and Jordan and they always make my experience quick and easy.

This place always makes the Amazon returns difficult. There is no one time i could return something with one visit. The owner wants boxes to be boxed to be returned! Amazon should stop working with these jerks.
