I moved into the Pointe at Suwanee Station apartment complex in late spring of this year with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare due to an ongoing roach infestation. I have noticed roach problems in my apartment since July 2023, and despite multiple maintenance requests, emails to management, and visits to the front office, there has been no improvement whatsoever.Discovering roaches in my apartment has been incredibly distressing, as they pose a significant health hazard and make it impossible to be comfortable in the apartment I pay over $1500 for every month. Despite keeping a clean unit and having minimal items in my apartment, I find anywhere from 3 to 5+ roaches every week. I have never experienced anything like this in any apartment complex I have lived in around the metro Atlanta area.I have reached out to the management team through various channels, including in-person visits and emails, but my concerns are not being taken seriously. The leasing staff continues to send pest control without relaying the message of concern for an infestation. Each time pest control visits my apartment (which has been about 5 times in the past 3 months), they only spray with the same chemicals over and over again. When I came into the leasing office to ask if they would be able to escalate the concern, the property management staff informed me that they would reach out to the property manager. However, the following week the same method of spraying was used.As a tenant paying rent, it is my right to live in a clean and pest-free environment, and I have done my part by reporting the issue and cooperating with maintenance visits. However, the lack of concern or willingness to eradicate the issue from the Pointe at Suwanee Station management has left me feeling ignored, helpless and repeatedly exposed to potential health risks. In addition to the roaches, there have been a number of maintenance issues that have occurred frequently as well. Issues with the AC and toilet not working, door jams falling off, and potential patched water cracks in the wall have been my experience. I find myself completing a request far more frequently than I ever have before. Although the maintenance team is typically quick to respond and pleasant, I am left wondering about the safety and up-to-date status of the apartment complex. All in all, I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to think twice before signing a lease here. The complete disregard for tenant well-being and living conditions is unacceptable, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others seeking a comfortable and pest-free living environment. Your thousand-plus dollars in rent can be paid somewhere else where you are not working double as pest control in your own living space.Attached to this review are SOME of the roaches I have found in my apartment most of them ALIVE when I sprayed them to death. As you can see in the picture, the roaches are at various points in the roach life cycle which is further cause for concern.October Update: After posting this review, I went into the office and was finally offered escalated treatment options, in particular fogging the unit. It has been a week since management stated this treatment would be done and its hasn't. Today there was a teen roach running from what I think was a crack in the wall IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Based on my experience and some of the other reviews, I believe this living community has an untreated infestation.November Update: Apartment was roach bombed. Seeing about 1 roach a week now. This week the trash was piled for about 5 days and trash valet did not pick up trash for 3 nights. Hoping not to see an increase in roaches because of this.

Extremely quiet, clean and very well maintained. all the staffs are courteous, and respectful. I have my peace of mind here. I just moved in; I love it here . I also want to acknowledge the Community Manager (Tarene L) for going above and beyond to secure the unit for me, Thank you for making my move so smooth. Angela M. you're the best at what you do; Angela, kept me in the loop from the time I put in the application to the day I got the keys in a timely manner; she is a good communicator and I highly recommend her for anyone try to apply at the pointe.

I moved to GA for school and I have enjoyed this apartment. It’s a nice quiet place so I enjoy studying at home. They just added pickle ball courts which I love!! It’s a great stress reliever for me. I have a dog too and he loves walking around the complex with me. There were some initial issues, but maintenance resolved all my concerns in a timely manner. And shoutout to Indy who works up front! She always makes me feel welcomed and well informed.

I just moved here from California and I love it so far. The amenities are endless and I love how peaceful the property is. There’s several eateries and shops nearby, along with a church nearby. This place feels safe and clean. I’m also enjoying the valet trash service. As for the inside of the unit, the garden tubs, crown molding, and marble countertops are my favorite. I also love the lighting in the unit. The staff has made my experience fun already. I’m excited to see what else this living experience brings.

Had a great move in experience. Seen a lot of mixed reviews but i personally had a good experience. Couple weeks in everything has been good, quite neighborhood. Management is good with email notifications for things being done around the property. Maintenance is quick even for the little things. If your looking for a chill place this is it. Ask for Mya! She was great with information and getting us moved in!

We love it here! The grounds are clean, maintenance is responsive, and the staff is friendly! They always remember us when we come in and are quick to address concerns or issues we bring up.The apartments are well priced for the area and our lease renewal was an acceptable rate increase. The size and quality is great in our apartment.Indy is an absolute gem, from the time we came to look at the apartments to just a wave when we are out walking our pup she makes us feel at home. The property manager, Tarene, has been great at addressing concerns and is always looking for ways to improve the community. When she first came here I addressed a change in the dog waste bags, they had ordered some thin ones and I let her know how the other ones were much better. Within a month she had ordered the better bags…it’s small things that make a big difference when you live somewhere. If you’re looking for a well maintained, friendly clean place to live in a great area, look no further.

Going on my second year at The Pointe at Suwanee station, and have never had a moment to second guess living here.>> N’Daria Butler is the gal you want to see.<<When I came here almost a year ago, trying to find my first place, she *instantly* made me feel nothing short of welcome. Her personality and character is what sold me along with the community.Maintenance is also prompt and efficient. Of course with living in an apartment, there's going to be the expected loud neighbor, or sometimes the gate is on the fritz - but I have never felt an ounce of unsureness in this community as they're always on top of things to address any concerns and keep us residents updated. Also, with me having a service animal, they are incredibly welcoming and understanding (given you have the right paperwork). Not once have I had an issue with that as well.My only complaint would be maybe amp up on pest control, but, my run-in with the common household pests have been few. I'm not sure about any other tenant experiences but I do want to share mine.In all - well done to all staff of The Pointe at Suwanee Station, and making me feel like I have a good home to come to. I'm excited to continue my residency for the next year <3

If you plan to move in here. DON'T DO IT. Management will lie and scam you in every way possible. No call backs. Late deadlines for lease renewals. Rent increases are ridiculous. Will tack on late fees and penalties due to them being late and unresponsive. What management takes vacations leaving the complex not manageable. No one to answer questions or resolve living issues. They totally take advantage of young adults, first time tenants. So please be careful renting from this complex. Take notes every time you meet with management and read your contract thoroughly. They will lie and back track on words quickly.

Just renewed my lease after a year of being here! Super helpful and happy staff, any time I needed maintenance they were always quick to respond and come out!The neighborhood is super clean, the community is really nice. It feels very homey here!As a personal note: I signed my first lease here with my girlfriend at the time and we broke up a couple months prior to the lease ending. It was extremely hard to go through and I wasn’t sure what was gonna happen, but the staff here made the process super easy since we were both on the lease and they helped me any way they could!I couldn’t be happier here!

I’ve been here for 3 years and unfortunately the last two haven’t been great. Between the astronomical rent increases ($300+) and new management being unprofessional, I’m sad to give this place 2 stars. I will say, not everyone in the office is like that. Indie and Kharin are nice but when it comes to serious situations management could use improvement. The DIRECTOR yelled at me when I brought my concerns and disappointment regarding the lack of communication on their end. YELLED. I’ve worked in customer services for years, so I never yell at people providing me a service and the fact that she yelled at me was uncalled for and unprofessional. I even politely told her that yelling at me is not okay when I’m not yelling at you, And she continued to yell.Because they hiked my rent up last year around 30%, I started looking for a new place to call my home in April for my September renewal. By the time it got to June, I realized they never sent my renewal. I started asking for it because we have to give a 60 day notice. After, many unanswered emails, unresolved phone calls, I finally got an answer on the status less than a week before I needed to give notice. I finally got my renewal the day before I was supposed to give notice. I had to bring to their attention they were violating my lease before I got any real response.I got my renewal and of course it was +$300 plus for what I was paying. But Because I love my apartment style, I really wanted to work something out before I moved on somewhere else. But they were only able to charge me the SAME price as their 2 bds when my 1bd1ba was listed for a $100 less than what I was paying. I figured I should just transfer the 2bd2ba since it was the SAME PRICE. And that’s when things really turned for the worst. The whole transfer process was unorganized and lacked key details needed for my move. I had to repeatedly ask thorough questions because no one seemed sure. They weren’t on the same page so they kept giving me incorrect information. We got things back on track and I found a unit I wanted, but I never got anything in writing as to what I needed to pay at move in. I spoke with so many people, but none of them offered me a quote, an invoice, a lease or anything with my breakdown for the price. It wasn’t until I called the day before my move in because they never posted my transfer fee bill to my account that I got my breakdown with extra costs and fees attached. When I told them we never discussed this, they told me it should have been “obvious”. As if I, the resident, had access to that information. And to expect someone to pay last minute fees and expenses a day before their move in is unprofessional . They may not have intentionally done it to be malicious but withholding key information like that made the process even more frustrating. When I told them how I felt experiencing these consistent ups and downs, miscommunication, and unprofessionalism, the the director, Tangerine, YELLED at me for insinuating they didn’t go an beyond for me. When I’m realty, I’ve had to call, email, show up, and hold them accountable after not following through with the promise they made. We may disagree on how effective this was handled, but yelling at a resident who did nothing but bring their concerns about how the process was going, was beyond UNACCEPTABLE.I’m writing this because I know a resolution can’t be found for me, but I wanted to warn others why so many people are leaving. Maybe this will encourage management to get more training on effective communication, instead of resulting to yelling a residents when they lose their temper.

We just moved to this complex and absolutely love it! I called the office to come in for a tour and Kharin was very kind to take me on a tour within 15 minutes of me calling. After the tour I was certain that this is where I want to move! The move in process on the complex’s end was very simple. The people who do the background check are a little complicated as far as getting you approved even after providing multiple documentations but that’s not on the complex. Our floor plan is so beautiful. We hosted our family over the weekend and they couldn’t stop complimenting the layout. It feels more like a single story house rather than an apartment. The complex is beautiful and quiet. We love the pool! It’s so nice and having the grill right there is such a vibe!We look forward to our time here! Thanks Kharin for such a smooth move in process!

I am going through a terrible divorce and came to The Point at Suwanee Station to find an apartment! I was greeted by Angela, she went beyond the call of duty trying to help me! Angela was so professional and very compassionate! I then met the Manager, Tarene Lancaster, WOW!!!!! She was the most helpful, sympathetic and bound and determined to help me get an apartment! No sales pitch, just a kind human helping me find a solution! I have NEVER been treated like this in such a caring manner! I highly recommend this Apartment complex and many thanks to Angela and Tarene for making a bad situation turn into a positive!

I am absolutely disappointed and disheartened by the unprofessionalism and lack of respect shown by this company. Today is supposed to be my move-in day, a day that I was looking forward to with great anticipation. However, it has turned out to be an utter nightmare due to the unacceptable service I have received from this company.Their inefficiency is glaringly evident in the time it has taken for them to complete a simple background check. This procedure, which normally takes a few days, has stretched on for an eternity, with no clear end in sight. Despite my repeated inquiries, I have received no substantive update on the status of the background check, leaving me in a state of limbo.Today, on the day I was meant to move in, I find myself stranded with a truck full of possessions and no place to go. The company's unresponsiveness has reached a new low; despite calling them over twenty times today, I have been met with nothing but deafening silence on the other end of the line. This experience has been highly distressing, causing me undue stress and anxiety. To be left essentially homeless due to the company's negligence is both infuriating and deeply disappointing. One would expect that a company involved in such a crucial aspect of people's lives would be more considerate and timely in their operations.Unfortunately, my experience paints a different picture, one of a company that is unresponsive, inefficient, and uncaring. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had with a leasing company. Their complete disregard for my situation has left me feeling ignored and unimportant.I would strongly caution anyone thinking about using their services to reconsider. The level of frustration and inconvenience I've experienced is something no one should have to go through. Save yourself the potential trouble and opt for a more professional, respectful, and considerate company.
