This location just needs to shut down. The workers are angry and rude, food is always improperly made, whether it’s hacked together and thrown in a bag like slop, or just made wrong all together. Not to mention, They always shutdown way earlier than the listed hours. Management is aware, but just doesn’t care.

Operator did not give my receipt after the ring and I had to ask for it. found out why after I went home. Not only they missed 1/2 my order but also messed up the ingredients in other item. When I went back to show their mistake they reluctantly redid the order and there was no apology.. Worst service

There was very bad costumer service. There was this one man who said he was the manager and he yelled at me for telling him to wait for a second because I was deciding my order.

I frequent this location pretty often, and I normally don’t have any problems, and the staff is usually nice, but tonight was different. I don’t know who was working tonight, but the service came with a side of attitude and whoever prepared my food was SLOPPY with it, and didn’t give me the extras I was charged for. If you hate your job, just quit, but if you get irritated doing something as simple as making a quesadilla you probably won’t be successful doing anything else.And to management, it’s kind of messed up to expect your customers to pay your hyper inflated menu prices, and get this type of treatment from your staff. Do better.

I came here at 1am after placing an order online. When I came to the drive thru window I was greeted with a smile and positive attitude. Julian (I hope is spelled that right), let me know that he didn't have something on my order but was very sincere when telling me. He asked if I wanted anything else instead and apologized again. I picked out a replacement item and got the rest of my food.He was very sweet, had a great demeanor and customer service. The food was picture perfect too. Keep up the good work.

Hit the drive thru and I don’t know what the hell was going on, but waited legit 15 minutes all of us in our cars idling in the drive thru with no way to leave bc the curb was there or id a been gone!Food was as you would expect but definitely NOT worth my wasted time.
