had two experiences with this store. Bought a phone, and ended up returning the phone 7 days later. Both experiences were horrendous customer service. During the 1st experience, i was assisted by a young hispanic lady; She added a charger block without having a conversation with me about it. Just added as if it was a requirement. On top of her service and attitude being mediocre at best. 2 nd time when i went to return the phone, a young man that was fairly new assisted me. Understandably, he was asking his manager (who was in the back area) questions about the situation. Manager kept playing messenger instead of coming out of her office to handle the situation. This led to lots of confusion on their part, such as telling me i had to return the phone via ups. The whole experience was awful. T-mobile for awhile was doing great with their customer service, however it seems this kind of behavior has become the norm at their stores.

Been with them over 5 years and I switched to Verizon for a cheaper rate. Looked at my credit card statement and realized they are still charging me $150 a month. They will not issue a credit although 0 usage has been used. I will never come back to T-Mobile

Chase, the manager at this store, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We had been dealing with a frustrating issue with our account and billing for over a month. Spoke with corporate weekly and they were no help. A visit into the store and Chase had it fixed in 30mins! He was more helpful than any other T-Mobile rep we had dealt with.

TMO is the best wireless carrier. Love TMO Tuesdays. The staff is always great here and there usually not as busy as the Mall locations.

Chase was the best simply put. Helped me with a very difficult transaction where I was wrongly charged and put into a terrible product. He stayed with me the entire time until the issue was resolved. So thankful for his help and patience because I was getting nowhere on my own.

First off, Azar was great and worth a 5 star rating, but I took back my T-Mobile Internet box and Noel waited on me. She was rude and there wasn't even a reason to be. If I owned that place, I wouldn't let her within 50 feet of paying customers let alone meet them face to face.

watchout the deal they tell you is way too difrent from what you actualy pay .i got a deal for $870 and i ended up paying $1500 . and the only explain that i got was i have to pay taxes twice !!!!

There was only one person at the store and he was already with a customer so we sat and waited. He seemed nice and all and could probably have helped us with what we came to do....but unfortunately he was the only one there and there was a line forming. We waited about 35 mins or so before we left...the other customers that came after us had already left before us.

This literally is the worst T-Mobile experience I’ve had, all I needed was the “expert” to verify my business info for the phone “expert” so they could get me out of this business account transfer loop and I got -1000 help here , the girl was literally combative and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence , nowhere close to an expert and I could clearly tell she just wanted to ride the clock , useless would be her if words could walk and talk . This is just the cherry on top on why I’m leaving T-Mobile, pandemic or not lazy customer service like that is ridiculous.she’s wasting T-Mobile checks on fake lashes and she not even doing the basics of her job, she didn’t even try to look my account up, listen to the issue at hand or even assist me. I wish I got her name so I could be a true Karen like this is ridiculous. So bad I had to waste my time to write this review
