Pompous attitude given when they were behind on processing. Not eager to help and found ways to charge more - told must pay rideshare premium for doing food delivery part-time. No questions were asked to determine correct endorsement. Quoted around $250 to add driver they were already supposed to be adding - they somehow added my sister who lives in Texas instead. I have a family member who works within State Farm corporation - I hope the attitude I encountered and ineptitude regarding adding drivers, customer care, and proper "endorsement" up-charging get back to them in more ways than one.

I've been a customer of this insurance firm for almost 15 years. Never actually have spoken to Suzanne but everyone on her staff has been super friendly and helpful over the years through various insurance activities.
