I’m an employee at the Red Roof Inn and have been so for 4 years now. I’ve been walking to this store for my afternoon can of Coca-Cola now for some time… I know most if not at all the family that run the business and they know me. I use to get my cigarettes from there too before they spiked the prices so high. This afternoon I went to buy a can of Coca-Cola which came out to $1.09. I paid the gentleman the $1 and went to grab the 9 cents from the small tray that was sitting on the counter. The tray that’s most businesses have at the register that’s there to help you should you be short a few cents. Only to be told by the man behind the counter that I cannot use the change from the tray…. He made so much of a fuss about me grabbing 9 cents from the tray when that’s what it’s there for….that I had to leave without my drink and get my money back. All because this dude had his panties in a bunch over 9 cents….
Seriously that petty… obviously the guy was foreign, could barely speak English and was probably ignorant to the fact but that’s incredible! He would rather not sell me my drink, not make a sale, strain relations with his neighbors over 9 cents! WOW! These people are really petty. Do not give them your hard earned money. These people really are as cheap as they come!

Prices are decent but the customer service is poor! Every time I come here this worker by the name of Chris always has a snobby attitude as if he’s racist or looks down on others. Like sir you work at a liquor store chill. Today was my last straw! He never greets or says hi so I’ll take my money else where just standing there looking ugly like I’m obligated to give him my money. Plenty of other liquor stores with great customer service. Do better!

I notice they delete some of the reviews that dont shine positive light on business. I was there last night when the guard EMBARRASSED an older woman in store. Like really.? Dekete instead of dealing with it. Unreal
