I was visiting from out of state and ready to drive home when my car started making a noise. I called them on a Saturday afternoon shortly before closing time, and they told me to bring it in, and they quickly diagnosed the issue. I thought it was something that may be covered under my warranty, so I told them I was going to check on that Monday morning and may be taking it to the dealership if covered. When I asked them what I owed them for their last-minute diagnosis late on a Saturday, they said I didn't owe anything!!! They were very friendly, helpful, and professional. It turned out my warranty had just expired, so I brought my car back on Monday, and they got it in right away and it was quickly repaired. They also put extra time into trying to find my part because the dealerships in the immediate area didn't have it in stock. If I lived in the area I'd definitely go back.

I've noticed a decline in the quality of work lately. They've mis-diagnosed my issues the last few times ive been in here, where previously they were spot on every time. I recommended them to a friend about six months back for an issue with an engine light and some noises, and they told him it needed a brand new engine. He got a second and third opinion and it wound up being something minor, and thousands cheaper than a new motor. I feel bad for recommending them to a friend, so I thought it appropriate to edit my review here to reflect that. Your mileage may vary.

I've been bringing my cars here for repairs. Today, I visited to check an oil leak. The owner showed me exactly where the leak was and explained what needed to be done. They were efficient, honest, and reasonably priced. We ended up fixing the problem.

I just want to get on here and tell people. Do not take your car to this place. Apparently they don't care. I stepped in the door they didn't even say good morning, didn't even look up from their computer Even after I said good morning.
They must have horrible customer service. I didn't even Stick around not, one more minute. this place has a very bad aura. Don't go here. It's plenty of the places, especially in suwanee. Don't do it.

I am really happy with Suwanee Auto Repairs fair and honest service. I dropped off my truck for a diagnosis, picked it up after a few hours and then when the part came in I dropped off my truck again and it was repaired in just a few hours. they are mindful of your time. A different auto repair place in Suwanee kept my truck for days, never found the problem and wanted to charge me. Thank you Mr. Lee and Suwanee Auto Repair!

Good place to get very minor fixes, oil change is a bit dubious here, do it at your own risk. Their neighboring body shop (which is good) is not associated with this shop.
They do offer cheap prices, but don’t trust them if they say “we are only charging for parts”: always negotiate down knowing you’ll never get quality parts. They are friendly folks, but you’re not there to make friends. Be sharp and know the worth of the parts you’ll be getting.

The owner kindly explains things well. If you request repairs in advance that are not necessary now, they will advise you that it is not the right time and that they will come back a few months later when you have accumulated a few miles, and the estimates are similar to those in Korea. This is a regular restaurant. I am satisfied
