Went to this location as it was closer than my normal location I always go to and didn't have time to drive 40 mins there. The lady that cut my hair was nice but did not cut my hair as I always have had it cut. I asked for the sides and back to be a 0 (skin tight) and higher up on the sides and back due to the way my hair grows on the sides/top of my head. She didn't even touch the top at all and cut the sides and used a #1 guard if not a #2. During the cut she answered her personal cell phone to where I guess she just thought she was finished cutting and proceeded to take the cape off me and went to check me out. No hair wash, no MVP as I was even charged for. So I paid and left and was in shock as this hasn't happened at any other Sport Clips locations I have ever been to. So I went to my Flowery Branch location where Stephanie was shocked as much as me when I told her what happened and she looked at the cut and apologized for the problem and had to fix the cut and did it the way I asked. So of course I paid again for another hair cut in which I will now make sure to only go to the locations I know and the people there know what they are doing and actually listen to what their customers want. Spending $36 here and then $36 at my other location to get a pretty basic and easy hair cut is not how anyone would care to spend their money. Definitely a waste of my money to be thrown out the window and glad to have a few locations I trust to do a great job as Flowery Branch and the Hamilton Mill locations both do always

Very poor service, I made the reservation online and my waiting time was 18 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes early, there were 3 people waiting and I was the second. The person who was before me had not arrived for their appointment. They called my name and let the person who was behind me go ahead. My waiting time increased to 48 minutes. The person who had not arrived on time came later and they let him go before me. A waste of time

Shad went above and beyond for my cut today.I had no idea what I wanted, and she brought out a new look for me and made it look natural.I highly recommend requesting her for your next cut!

I signed in online with a 14 min wait, arrived there with 6 minutes remaining. got all the way down to on deck and the the styl took someone with a 22 minUte wait and that bummed me back to 20 minutes from being next. I ended up leaving because I would not have been finished by the end of my lunch break. I do t know the point of signing in online just to have them ignore it.
