I can’t say enough about Simon D jewelry from the beginning to the end of my purchase. It was almost like Simon was in my head with his thoughts of design and creativity of coming up with a diamond ring for my wife. He kept in constant communication with me, making sure of my approval of the design and quality. I personally would like to Thank not only Simon but also his wife for the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen and the attention to detail and the personal care that he took into designing this ring for my wife.

I've been a customer of Simon D Jewelers since before they built and moved into their beautiful brand new building; and they always come through for me. I have a cherished watch that I've had for almost three decades that stopped working, and I took back to the jeweler who had been servicing my watches and jewelry; long before Simon D Jewelers was here - because of that jewelers familiarity with the piece. That original jeweler was unable to get the watch running again and really showed no interested in trying resolve the issue. So I took the old watch to Simon D, just to get his opinion on whether this was a lost cause and he said, I can get it working, but it may take some time. Well, it did take a few weeks, but my watch has been revived and is working perfectly! I really appreciate working with a company like Simon D Jewelers, who is diligent and persistent in providing "quality" service! They work hard to earn your business!!!

I had a great experience at Simon D Jewelers! I have a wedding on Saturday and needed my ring to be cleaned and rhodium plated. Simon D Jewelers took me on Thursday. It was almost closing time, but he cleaned and plated my ring on the spot for me! His jewelry selection is so beautiful and I was amazed at the curtesy he showed me as a customer. I will definitely be returning for my anniversary and other future occasions.

12/29/23My wife bought me a watch from CostcoAnd I needed a few links removed to fit me properly. Simon was very knowledgeable and kind. I took a look around while he removed my links and was astounded at the quality of jewelry he had in stock. We chatted for around 10-15 minutes about watches and jewelry and there was no pressure to make a purchase. I found a new jeweler and will get my future watch and jewelry purchases from here!4/3/24Just returned to Simon’s and the experience was great once again. Super friendly and he was able to show me the pieces that were within the budget I was comfortable spending at without trying to upsell and pressure me into spending more.
