The guys at this SW were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. This was my first time buying paint and painting and they walked me thru all the things from sheen to a low VOC option! They had exactly what I wanted, accommodated a 50% blend, paint went on smooth and I love the color! Also found a coupon online. Thank you so much!! I will be back!

Totally unprofessional!! When I arrived, it took way too long for someone to offer to help me. And even then, they still weren't helpful. It was made clear that I was on my own to figure out colors. A young woman employee was on back-to-back personal calls. When she finally got off the phone, she said something about people waiting until the last minute and having "to get these people out of here." The young man working the counter was very rude. He even went as far as to tell me, loudly, that the store would close in THIRTY minutes. He said this as I patiently waited at the counter for someone to help me with my purchase. There were four or five other customers in the store, one woman was looking at color samples on the wall. Yet I was singled out to be loudly told about closing time. Another customer and I locked eyes, befuddled. I finally left to buy paint from another store. I would rather go 30 minutes out of my way than to hand my hard-earned money to a business that doesn't want it!
