Last night stopped here to use the restroom, the gas attendant said that the bathroom was only open to Shell Customers I told him that I am a Shell Customer, and have purchased my gas from Shell for years. He said that I had to purchase gas now in order to use the bathroom. I told him that I will be calling corporate, I never heard of that rule with any Shell.

A good place to get your emissions done in suwanee as far as convenience.However, the price increases every year and is now at $20!! They don't advertise the price on the main sign. This is an obvious business tactic they use to get you in there. The guy doing the emission testing was quick and friendly. Emissions is such bs I don't even know why it's required but I always look for something quick. At $20 I'll probably go elsewhere next year.

Driving from Raleigh, NC to Alabama I needed gas and visit the restroom. The restroom, however is only available when you buy goods in the store: not when you buy gas. The store says "welcome to Shell" and the employee is wearing a Shell shirt. Did not feel welcome at all.
