Waiting to use my last 10 dollars on my gift card. The taller one is so rude. Costumer service sucks. The thinner one is nice but she messed up my eyebrows and it took 2 months for them to get a nice arch. I'm over them. I'll go back to the mall. Nice people working there.

I’ve been coming to this locations for 6 or 7 years. I’ve spent thousands on this business. But there was a rude employee here tonight. I came at 710pm and she told me to wait and went shopping. She comes back at 720 and asks me what I want. I say lashes which typically take 20 mins to do. She says she can’t do them because she needs to clean. I say they don’t close until 8pm.
I call the business line and ask them to let me talk to the owner of the business. She probably wasn’t gonna give my info to them so I’d like to Inform you. She called me rude when she was the rude one. She was not professional and I simply stated they didn’t close until 8pm. You all might lose my business. I’m tired of your employees being rude minus menaz. She’s the only reason I come. I tip 20% or more. Now I’m worried if I come back are they gonna mess up my stuff. There’s plenty of people who would love a loyal customer as myself. Please talk to your employees

Use to be okay. Gone down hill. Go elsewhere. They close whenever they want. Too expensive and lashes fall off after one day. They also charge if you have to get them repaired the next day. Do better. If I get ahold of an actual manager or owner I’d like to let him know this has happened many times. After 5 years I will no longer be a regular employee

I love coming to this eyebrow place. It is sad the price has gone up too high. Heena is so sweet and always does a great job on my eyebrows. When I felt they was not to my liking she fixed them for me with no problem. I hate not to be able to come back because the price hike. ?

Terrible service. Everytime I go they do a rushed job for my eyebrows, they barely even try and my eyebrows come out bad, and there’s no point in asking them to fix it cause it’s often too late.

2nd time I came here, and today I got waxed but the lady was really harsh and it hurt more than it’s supposed to, she was patting my face with a lot of force, like roughly and didn’t do her job well, she was really rude and I don’t recommend coming here at all.

I went in to get eyebrow tint and waxing. She tinted before waxing preferred the other way around. I asked for the lightest color they had. It was still almost black. Said I wanted the Brows tinted. I did not want a whole new shape of eyebrows. Did not fit my face. Very thick. Some spots it looked as though shoe polish had just tented my pores. Thank goodness for alcohol. I was able to get most of it removed, pluck the scraggly brows left, and was able to shape my brows back to its natural state. Only reason I gave it at 2 instead of A1 is because the people there were very kind. Plus the last time I gone in about 3 months ago, waxing and tint was only $20 and now up to 26

OmgVery bad , she just cut it out my eyebrows and gladly I did tinted eyebrows but when I took shower next day and omg I can see what she did. Tears in my eyes and crying. Never never go back to this place again. Please people wake up and be careful ladies.

I went to get my eyelashes done for Valentine’s Day 2021. There was only one lady working. I have previously had my eyelashes done at another SEVA location. The lady who was doing my eyelashes was rushing a lot. It was a painful experience. There was a lot of glue residue left. She cleaned up a little bit around the area. As I was walking back to my car, I noticed there was so much glue on my bottom eyelash. I cleaned it up myself when I got home. The last time I had gotten my eyelashes done, they lasted for about 2 weeks. These ones came off the next day. I called the store and they asked me to come in and they’ll redo them. The lady who redid them was very gentle and was not rushing. She did a great job! I really appreciate them for fixing the lashes, but unfortunately I will not be retuning back to this location.

I wanted to try this place out because my former brow artist does not do threading on brows only wax. I walked in for a brow thread & tint... I told the lady NOT THIN, she said ok then asked me if I wanted my brow tint natural & I said yes but NOT BOXY FROM THE FRONT... My brows came now thin & boxy from the front, these brows look like cousins, the tint job is just awful. It is now 2 days after my tint & there is no more tint in my brows. I paid a total of $21. I do not recommend this place for eyebrow service.

So I went in yesterday to get my lashes done, however I came home and I was just taking a shower and the lashes just started falling out, I really don’t know how, I think the glue is maybe old or something but I called to inform them what happen and they were not professional they were just going back and forth with me, and I ask if I could get them redone and they said I still have to pay 50% and I did not wear the lashes for not even 6 hrs this place is the worse and they really do have poor communication skills‼️‼️I wouldn’t recommend their service. ??
