This particular location is the worst. No customer service whatsoever! This was my second time in this store. I decided I would give it another chance. The first time was the same as today. I walked around looking for a product for about 10 minutes. No one offered to help. There was a customer waiting to be checked out, and she was looking around for help. I then decided I would wait until she she was checked out to then ask for help. We both waited and no help. As I was walking out, the employee asked the lady if she needed something. Yeah, she needs to be checked out! Isn't that what you're here for!

Walking in the sales associates were very kind & sweet! They immediately acknowledged me and helped me get my birthday reward. The store was pretty stocked too!

I was in this Sephora with a friend and she was testing samples. We were actively followed and questioned abt things we did not take. I then went to the restroom and was followed by a worker there and into the bathroom. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe in this Sephora and would not recommend!

Walked in and was super excited to see an actual Sephora store inside of kohl's, but I was met by a pretty nasty employee inside of the Sephora who refused to speak to me after walking past me 3 times!!!!! I've never had this experience with Sephora, but I'll never come back to this one. Disgusting!

Spent a lot of money and time at this Sephora on multiple occasions and they will most likely be my last. First experience was wonderful! Second experience was so-so. Third purchase was made online for pick up but when I wanted to return the unopened item with my digital receipt, it took THREE managers to get it right. Fourth experience, limited service was offered even after I asked for help (she was on her own and they were busy-under staffed). The icing on the cake was not with a purchase, but with my return-Lots of excuses and so called policies-I was very disappointed in the service I received-Sephora- do better if you’d like return customers-especially when Ulta is right next door.Sephora says they have a policy that with or without a receipt, they don’t offer returns or exchanges after 30 days-turned out 2 of the 3 managers were not processing the return correctly so it was being rejected. Third manager had to show them how to do it correctly! Way too difficult to return something-I’d rather shop elsewhere.

Went in to find a certain bronzer. They were out. I went to the register to ask for help. She shook her head when I showed her the picture of what I needed. I then asked her if she could show me something similar since that’s the one I always purchase and I’m not sure which other one would match my complexion. She told me they were short staffed so could not help. There was no one in line at the time and there was another person working the register with her. I put back everything else I planned to purchase and walked out. She was rude and I will never ship this location again.

I went in here with a friend to shop. I am a make up artist so I spend lots of time in Sephora. When walking around I overheard the manager point at me and say that I was stealing. This was very upsetting because this is not the first time that this is happened to me specifically in kohl’s Sephora . I work at the Ulta next-door and we have customers that come in asking for products specifically sold at Sephora, and I will continue to share my story with them and recommend they go to a different location
