I came here for the first time to get a pedicure and was pleasantly surprised with their service. No wait time, no pushy up-sell and the ladies were all very nice. The massage chair was awesome too. I will be back and highly recommend !

Excellent salon. Ivy and her staff are lovely, listen and very calm. As is the ambience of the salon. Cleanest, hygienic, most serene spa I've been to in all of Gwinnett County. You won't be disappointed!

I came back because it is under new management and it is a totally different experience. Very nice people, great technicians. It's good to see that they've turned it around. A bonus is that all their polishes are organized by color family so you don't spend forever looking for the shade you like. I'll be back!

Ok - just got my nails done. This is the first time I have ever left a nail review. Went in to get my nails ombré painted. I showed a picture to the lady. She said no problem. Well...it was a problem and I was very sad about what she had done to my nails. I just want to leave and go home but they did not want me to be upset Jane/Janie and the other lady were so sweet and worked extremely hard to fix my nails and make me happy. They were SO kind and my nails ended up looking better than when I went in to the salon. I give the salon five stars for the kindness they showed me and making me happy. The customer service was out of this world and I'm so appreciative for the beautiful nails that I left with. I will return. Thank you ladies!! Michelle
