I used to love coming here. It was my go to salon to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted for a great price. There used to be an employee working with the current employee about a year ago (forgot her name) that always did a fantastic job. Fast forward to the few times I’ve come back I’ve left unhappy. Not only have I had to ask the current employee to please redo my eyebrows as there are apparent hairs that need to be cleaned up but I’ve had to fix the tint on my own at the salon several times to leave satisfied. I wanted to give them one last try before moving on to another salon. Today was my last straw, I haven’t had my eyebrows touched in about 7 months. I came for a quick clean up and shape up and left with my eyebrows botched. There is no shape, the end of one eyebrow is cut shorter than the other. Not only do they look horrible but I had to point out hairs once again. I did express my dissatisfaction with the employee and she asked to fix my eyebrows. I did not accept as I don’t believe she would be able to fix it. I am disappointed to say the least. I will never come back to this salon, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

Never one to leave reviews but the person who works here was rude as hell. I waited 10 minutes in the parking lot, says they open at 11:00 and left at 11:10am, she calls me at 11:16am and says I was here the whole time and that I needed to learn how to wait. ?

Went here today bc of convenience (went to eat out) and also looking for a new place to get threaded. Loved Hasha. Her hands are so light. She never broke a thread. We live about 1.45 hours away. Will be coming here in the future!
