Very Rude, Ray answers the phone with a "yeah" instead of good afternoon or a simple Thank you for calling Royal cuts.
I asked about appointment system, to schedule a beard line up, and he Rudely hangs up the phone. Pretty consistent with other negative reviews about them.

Great location, Lily is very good and efficient in doing haircut and color within 2 hrs. Unfortunately she's only available on weekends, my busiest schedule ever but will recommend to give her a call, she prefers to take cash though.
