bad internet banking service. cannot make phone contact and do not give an email address. the voice mail runaround. moving around in your account is restricted by the lack of information like who to contact for specific problems and contact information. it seems like they just don't want to be bothered after years fighting over problems it is time for me to find a new bank.

Horrible! No customer service at all! Applied for a loan and the loan officer, who is an EVP, emailed me asking for more information. I provided the information and asked that he call me to discuss. He told me he was busy and in meetings all day. Right! He never called or responded to my questions. Do yourself a favor. Go find a bank that will appreciate your business!

When you call you get an actual person answering the phone, not automated. Recently talked with Muktar and he was a great help. Great bank.

I started banking with this bank when it was relatively new in Suwanee. In the 1990's. I have since encouraged several of my friends to open accounts there and they have. It is more like a family than a business. I am always greeted by my first name. The folks there go the extra mile to help you and to insure you have a pleasant visit. I have never had any problems that they did not take care of for me. I would encourage everyone to check them out.
