Ordered subs ahead of time and got there at my pickup time and they weren’t ready and hadn’t even started on them. Defeats the purpose of online ordering. Pretty disappointing!

Deli missing “ Whites served first” sign!
Went in to collect my paid online order and saw a few sandwiches on the counter but they didn’t have my name so stepped back when the lady said” you are X with online order? There are a lot of them and I will get to you “. Fair enough! And while I stood on the side a woman was ordering a large order for a while. I took a walk around and came back to find them making her order and a minor league team with parents were placing their orders. The woman with large order walked off and then they started on the minor league people. After 10-15 mins, I went by again to see people that placed order 20 mins after I arrived walk off with their subs. The lady behind the counter always saw me walk by every time and knew exactly what she was doing. After 30 mins it became clear she was NOT going to make my order. So I stood in line and only when I reached the front did she pull the order and start making it. I could tell from her scorn and attitude that she
Absolutely did not want to do it.
If you don’t have Caucasian names , please consider changing your profile if you want to place your order online because God knows what you are going to get in your sandwich.
Just sad but it is what it is.
