Always good parking. The store is usually busy but you get good customer service. The bathrooms are clean and the Deli counter is quick. The fruits look much better than the other Publix in the area and the bogo are always in stock. I like their pharmacy as well.

Jessica & Melanie are the best . They both go out of their way to provide top notch service.Also Jessica insisted ( in her mild but professional way) that my husband get the pneumonia shot a month ago. Turns out I got pneumonia this past week , and my husband would have caught it too if not for the vaccine.Ty So much!

sell check out from h3ll. I tried, but all my stuff would not fit in the bagging area, so I moved some to the cart and Publix employee informed me that i can not move things to the cart. So i left everything there and went to wally world.

This Publix is by far the worse Publix I've been to. I made an order for pickup. The person who took the order repeated the order to me. I get there to pickup my order and the entire order is wrong and no one can tell me why or even seem to care. This will be my last visit to Publix in Johns Creek.

Kevin was so polite and knowledgeable in the Deli that it really made my day. This is not my usual store to shop at and would drive further to return for his great attitude and attention to detail.

I agreed with Gina L. and nothing has changed since her post 2 years ago. I am a big fan of Publix, I only go to Shakerag location because of the convenience. For last minute meal such as Fried Chicken or sandwiches I would rather drive few extra miles to either PIB or Mathis Airport Pkwy for better and fresher food. I hope the management can put more attention in the Deli department especially during the evening hrs.

Train all the deli workers!!! I get the same item from here and either someone doesn't know how to make it @ all or they mess it up entirely despite me telling them what goes in it. And they rolled my wrap into a square? Don't even know how that happened

I moved from Florida to Colorado five years ago. Little thought was given to the concept that there might be no Publix in Colorado. Over the 30+ years that I lived in Florida, I definitely took it for granted, it was where you got groceries. Once we moved to Colorado, shopping for groceries was a very different experience. Something was missing.

I can't really say much about the produce or meat section as I never bought anything from those, but overall I always found what I needed and the staff have nice manners and are helpful. The store is always very clean and tidy. I mostly come to this Publix to grab lunch such as the fried chicken and subs. Their fried chicken always cwispy and fwesh.

I have been shopping here for 9 years and I am disappointed to say the least. Service is awful these days. The employees don't care anymore . I have been buying an item for many years here and it is never in stock these days . When I told it to the checkout employee she stated maybe it's discontinued. I went to Customer service and she stated simply it must be discontinued without looking or writing it down. Lots of work to do here. One employee is new the other I can remember for many years.

We shop here all most exclusively, except larger quanta items from Costco. The staff has always been nice, friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked. It is a small store but that works great for us, we are in and out more quickly.
