We found Echo Ridge on our hunt for a 2bedroom in the area, we looked for weeks and this place stood out as a place we could call home. We owe that to Zaren, out of all the leasing agents we dealt with at different apt homes, he was the best.
He is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and most of all helpful. He went out of his way to make our transition into our new home flawless. There is nothing I would change, the apartment is as expected, very nice and clean. We love the decor and being near a trail really helps when walking my dogs. The complex is not overly large, which I prefer, but they still have all the amenities you would expect or desire. If you are considering Suwanee as your new home, Echo Ridge should be at the top of your list!
We have been in the apartment 6 days so I will do another review within the year to let you know how things are progressing.
I just want to end this with my deepest gratitude to Zaren and the entire leasing office staff for being so absolutely helpful throughout this entire process!

Zaren was amazing, very informative and beautiful community! Both Nicole and Vanessa were very warm and welcoming. I love the new office team, very demure, very mindful.

Would not recommend living here. The new management company is complete garbage and they nickel and dime you. Despite what a current contract says. Repeat: do not move here.

This property, formerly known as The Provenza at Old Peachtree, has changed a great deal under new management. The property manager is kindhearted but clearly she does not have the support she needs to keep things running smoothly and professionally. There are many issues that I could discuss but let's start with pest control. This is the 2nd time in 6 months that I've requested pest control come to spray and it's been delayed by a week to no fault of my own. This time it was because the maintenence guy marked my request as completed (without calling me to explain) and stated pest control cannot come more than once in 28 days. Like what????? If there are pests, then pest control should come. I've had them come weekly in other complexes. There are silverfish, caterpillars, bugs I can't name and even a roach or two and I have to wait 28 days, or until next week at a minimum? That is not luxury living. Next issue. I come home today to the strongest chemical smell I ever smelled in my life. If you scroll a couple reviews down, the resident explained they put bandaids on things. Absolutely correct. I was given an air freshener (which was nice) but that was only after I pushed and pushed. I was initially told that there was nothing that could be done and the assistant manager then stood as a guard as if I couldn't speak to the manager who was clearly available in her office. Thirdly, my phone calls used to be answered when it was The Provenza. My calls are never answered anymore. The maintenance guy was flippant when I called to ask about the overpowering fumes. Meanwhile I'm in my apartment about to pass out. They use very toxic chemicals by the way for the paint and the bathtubs. The smell is actually coming from an upstairs unit they are remodeling and it's so strong I can hardly breathe. Rent is too expensive these days for ineffective maintenance and office staff who act like they could care less. I like the pool. A wine tour is nice. But the MOST importance things when renting are maintenance, professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness.

Good apartment complex. I have been here for 1 year, the amenities are great and the apartment units have good futures. I had very few issues since I live here. Trash collection and people not cleaning after their pets to mention some, but the new management have been working to solve some of them.

I have been living at Echo ridge at suwanee the last year, I really good located and really quite for living, the pools the club house and all amenities are very confortable
