This company absolutely is horrible. I requested a car change since I bought a new car and my vehicle got towed from no proof of insurance. Can’t reach anyone at all. Definitely not recommend this person/company. 10/19/2023 update-- had to pay my tow and citation fine. Took a while to get the fine through the county system. Tried reaching out to my agent and again, no response to text, email, or phone.
