We closed our account 10 years ago. Came back to re-open. The GM is the reason big banks are wolves.Sorry to the staff having to work here.The reviews are not wrong. Same as FedEx down the street. Corporate greed!

Have a car loan with these guys. RUN! Every time I go online to check my account the website kicks me out and it takes 25 minutes on the phone with supervisors to rectify. Once on the phone you get India, enough said. I will NEVER do business with this bank once I pay this off. Hmm, might refinance the balance and get away from them!

I was a bit skeptical walking in since the reviews aren’t the best, but I took a chance because I dont believe in putting a business down unless something personally happens to me.
After having that in mind I walked in, and was greeted so sweetly by a lady who was so kind it almost made me cry. Everyone was so kindhearted it was kind of unreal.
After reading the reviews.. It goes to say do what you feel is best, because you never really know until you do.
Just a regular bank to get your regular bank stuff done. Great atmosphere.

This is a terrible bank. The service is ridiculous. They pester you about purchasing additional services. They give you a hard time about notarizing anything, and if they decide to do it, they’ll take forever. It didn’t used to be this bad.

PNC bank will destroy you and not think twice about it. 1. I've been a loyal customer for over TWENTY years. 2. PNC closed my account with NO explanation & NO notice. 3. I woke up one morning with a zero balance in my account. I called & was told that my accounts have been closed because PNC can choose not to do business with me and they do not have to tell me why. 4. I went to the branch and was unable to get any answers- only that a cashiers check of my money was sent to me & was already in the mail. Meanwhile, I didn't get the checks for eight days. That's a lifetime when you're cut off with no warning!! 5. I called corporate and the president and an executive member and literally, they could care less. No explanation given by anyone. My husband and I were floored. 6. I've got two homes and PNC bank left me in a true nightmare! I've never bounced a check in my life and all my checks bounced all over the place, I had no access to any of my on- line bill pay with my account numbers and phone numbers, direct deposit had to be stopped.... It's endless. Final thoughts- if they can do this to me after being with them for 20 years and I have fantastic credit with a score in the 800's.... Imagine what this bank would do to someone else. My advice? There's far too many choices to take a chance like this. STAY FAR away from PNC bank!!!!

I do not recommend their small business banking at all! This bank(Suwanee GA location) is inferior quality and bad customer service. I went there to open a small business account. They only have three employees including the manager. The Manager (white women, blond hair) seemed very strict opening a bank account. She asked too many personal question and did not want me opening a small business account. Which banks hire a manager for opening accounts? The assistant manager(Nick) was very nice and would like to help us in many ways. The manager(The blond women) was wearing a dress with V neck( I could see her half of breast, leg) and high hill(Sandle). Is this a club or a bank? She is not supposed to wear that kind of clothes at the bank as a worker. Disgusting!! I think the BEATUFUL?????!!!! manager should be fired and assistant manager should be a manager.
