Requested style: I wanted a Johnny depp style haircut, short on the sides, long on top. The lady gave me an undercut and then said it wasn’t possible anymore.

An older guy cut my daughter’s hair. She’s 13 and cares about her looks. We told him one length bangs, and one length hair with side bangs to frame her face. He did the opposite….. he cut her side bangs and gave her faded bangs… and thinned her hair out…. My daughter left there crying

maybe this place shouldn't open this business at all. terrible haircut and it seems she doesn't know whats the customer wants. she makes my hair more thin and my bang looks like a shit. so do not go to this place. not recommended

My spouse walked in to ask about pricing for styling her hair and the supposed owner looked at her and laughed in her face. Another employee approached her asking what she needed but seemed confused at the request of a business card/brochure. The owner shouted "No we don't have prices for you". Racist a$$ place. Very unprofessional.

It's sad some people put there trust in a hairstylist and they can't even cut a simple hair cut you show them multiple pictures to confirm I even asked if he can if not it's okay he said yes yes I have the worst layered haircut it's up to my ear and very uneven also the stylist kept dropping his tools on the floor plenty of times and reusing it in my hair the bottom line is my hair is ruined I will be wearing my hair up for years now I would post a picture but that's how ashamed I am I wouldn't trust this salon at all not even for a free service this is why ppl have trust issues .

As a guy, I recently got a perm done. However, I had a rather unpleasant experience during the styling process. After removing the curlers, the stylist proceeded to comb out almost the entire perm, resulting in an uneven and unsatisfactory outcome. This left me wondering why she chose to do so, as no one had ever combed out my hair immediately after a perm before. Unfortunately, this approach disrupted the natural curl pattern and caused excessive frizz. As a result, the front section of my hair is now overly loose, while the sides have tight curls, giving it an overall unappealing appearance. She also didn't use one of those clear face shields during the chemical process and ended up splashing me a bit (not too much of a big deal in my opinion, but still frustrating)

I got my hair cut by a lady wearing glasses, and while she was getting my hair cut, she went to talk on the phone without saying anything. The service was terrible, and I saw that she spoke informally at first meeting, so she had no service spirit. I asked for a dandy cut, but she didn't know what style it was, and she didn't have the skills. There was no service, so I don't think I'll ever go there again. .
