Pep Boys 7750 McGinnis Ferry RD I have a lifetime alignment agreement with Pepboys. However, the customer service experience deteriorates significantly once they learn about the lifetime alignment. Despite the supposed service, they consistently claim that the printer is malfunctioning, preventing them from providing a report of the new alignment settings. Overall, my experiences at Pepboys have been disappointing, forcing me to seek verification elsewhere and resulting in a waste of my time.

Jason and his team are awesome! They helped me find tires for my car because I had not only one nail in my tire but two so he was very helpful and has awesome customer service. Thank you Jason!

We have been very pleased with this location especially with the store Manager Jason. He has done a fabulous job! He is professional, personable, I stopped by the have one tire fix because of a nail. Great service!

The reputation managers are busy trying to cover up the negligence this shop produces. They fired their mechanic for malfeasance. In the meantime they leave my Mercedes in the parking lot under a tree unlocked for two weeks. Pep Boys is a felon friendly establishment. Many of the managers and mechanics all come from the same school of thought. They have no problem putting the con down to get to your hard earned money. If I had a tricycle and they worked on them this would be the last place I would go, thus was my mistake! Just look at the reviews and note the responses by the reputation management company. Do your homework and avoid getting scammed.

Really nice! I got a tire problem this morning, I called to my husband to help me, but his answer was “go to nearest Pep Boys”. And he was right. Very quick check and repair I got.Atmosphere was also good to me.Thanks a lot Jason!

This is by far one of the best, if not the best maintenance shop that I have ever encountered! They treat you like family, actually considerate, and do everything in their power to meet your needs. In meeting your needs they exceed your expectations! I was down with my car and they performed an oil change, tire rotation, replaced tires, gas leak, not to mention called around until he found my car part in NJ as it was nowhere in the state of GA for a separate repair. They made sure I had reasonable accommodations to pickup my daughter from school and then home due to the duration of the maintenance. I usually call my father and brother for any car or maintenance issues, but I started calling Jason, Charlie, and the team at Pep Boys on McGinnis to meet needs of my car's upkeep. I have not brought my car back to them for the same maintenance concern or taken it anywhere else for that matter. They are definitely "one and done". If they fix it, it's as good as new!! A complete one stop shop for honesty, integrity, and knowledge about your car! They give the best advice, are respectful, understand family values as it relates to your car's concerns, give honest feedback, and make sure you are back on the road in a safe manner.I will never go anywhere else as long as I am in the area. For the single mom with concerns about your vehicle take it to Pep Boys on McGinnis. For the busy working adults with maintenance issues, take it to Pep Boys on McGinnis. For the skeptical individual who has tried the rest try the best and take it to Pep Boys on McGinnis! No, I am not being paid for this review. My family and friends come to me for advice because I will pray for them, give them the best God given advice to meet their needs, and it is never been wrong. Take it to Pep Boys on McGinnis! ¡FACTS!

If I could give them more stars- I would! Having car troubles is never easy and normally comes with a price, so going into this I wasn’t very hopeful when my check engine light came on shortly after an oil change from another facility. I brought my car to pep boys and it needed significant work done. Tyrone was incredible in helping me understand what needed to be done, communicating and really prioritizing our car and its care having it ready the very next day. He treated us with kindness and care one could only hope when dealing with an inconvenient issue such as car trouble. He definitely warned us as customers for life after this visit, from an oil change, to tires, to anything else- we will put our trust in Pep Boys, but especially Tyrone!

Found my tire flat due to puncture. Do not have a full spare. Called pep boys at 520pm and spoke with Tyrone. He found the tire I needed. I got there at 530 and was back on the road at 6pm. You can't do better than that. Excellent customer service. Thanks so much, Tyrone!!

I received an excellent service and workmanship. Ty evaluated and identified my car battery problem, provided a list of my options, and replaced my car battery. The whole process took under 30 minutes. I’m glad that I made the right choice to come to this store.
