Pandya Medical Center is a great place to go. Sometimes, I go to a doctor appointment just to check on my health. The doctors are very nice and very helpful. I do talk about my life is going and so they did too.

Dr Pandya listen to all my questions and spent a lot of time answering them. The entire staff are always very kind and caring.

I had a few appointments with them, they were ok,the doctors don't really examine you anymore, you tell them your issue and they diagnose you off of what you described which defeats the purpose to me.

While Dr Morrison is and continues to be great, the billing department is not very transparent and upfront on the charges. During my physical I was asked to fill out a form which was a new addition and was nothing more than paperwork. This administrative action wound up costing me a copayment when my physical requires no copayment. There was no notice that this would not be covered by my insurance or if I had an option to decline. In my discussion with the billing department, I was told it was required. Later with a three way teleconference, which included my insurance company, the billing department said I could have declined it. It was not proper and and remain cautious on their billing practices.

Great group of people. Work great together to get the patients in and out but still listen and take care of their needs..efficient and thorough.

Dr. McIntyre is an amazing doctor because she is a great human. She is so thorough and accurate in her assessments. She gives you time and makes sure all your questions and concerns are answered. Doctors like her are very hard to find these days because for most of them patients are just numbers and not humans. Dr. McIntyre is very personable and shows genuine concern for her patients and their family. She is extremely prompt, caring, empathetic, and a very smart doctor. Blessed to be under her care.

Initially our experience was good but for the past couple of years it’s just awful. Our PCP is Dr. Shiroz Patel. No empathy and doctors are not ready to listen to you. No bedside manners just rushes everything. We went in for an appointment and got tests done. They wanted us to schedule a virtual appointment to go through results and prescribe antibiotics and charged $99 this is first time I had a doctor schedule follow up appointment for results and charge it. Ridiculous. We pulled plug and moved our PCP.

Worst bedside manner with the nursing staff. Last time I went in, I felt embarrassed and decided it was time to leave. Learn to respect patients and their differences, you're a nurse, you're a Nurse Practitioner, respect the patient. Never going again.

edited to add: it was great at first, but now... I have changed doctors and moved. They just don't care like they used to. My last appointment was a bunch of rushed upselling and prescribing things that the Pharmaceutical companies leave as samples. I was so disappointed. Hope they go back to their previous business model.Today was my first visit, and it was great. From the front desk, to the assistants, and check out, it was a very nice experience. It's busy, but they keep up. My practitioners were open and communicative. I felt heard and acknowledged.
