Well I purchased a inframe kit for my Caterpillar C15 back in December through ATL Diesel. Ran the truck for 30K miles and the head gasket blew. My mechanic set and checked liner protrusions 3 times to make sure they were correct. Also checked the head bolts twice then marked them. Head, spacer plate, head bolts and spacer plate gasket were all new. When I brought the kit was told two year warranty on parts and labor. Sent in head gasket per warranty and was denied. Now I'm curious as to how many kits are sold vs how many parts failures PAI have and how many they honor? I will definitely never recommend any of PAI inframe kits to anyone.And yes went back with all Caterpillar parts and haven't had any issues.

Customer Service is the most important part of business etiquette, and I created an account just to write a bad review about it…I was interviewed for an informatics position weeks back. I was told that I seemed a great fit for the company and would hear a reply the next week (from the multiple departments who I met with). I never received a reply, so I emailed both departments and sent different phone calls on separate days. Another week has passed without a single reply, and I assume they ghosted me.I phoned the front desk at their main office and was never given times or methods to contact the two departments.Outrageous. Children in a daycare would behave more professionally than this, and for once, I am not joking.

In all likelihood they will sell you the wrong part and refuse to accept the return or issue a refund. $700+ in parts and they were all wrong.
