Best customer service I ever had! The team was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. But the best part of my experience was how well I was treated by the manager Fina. Whoever hired her made the best business decision in their life.

Went to get my routers turned, and called on Friday (yesterday) to verify they could do it on Saturday. Waited 20min for the guy in the back to tell me they don't turn rotors on Saturday. Don't with O’Reillys. For now on I will just order my parts online.

I was having trouble finding a place that would test my battery, alternator, and starter to determine what was wrong with my car. I called this store and they said to stop by and they could assist. Tom came out and was quickly able to determine my battery was the issue. Tom gave me a variety of options for batteries and explained the benefits of each one. After picking the battery, Tom replaced my old battery and ensured it was the proper solution for my car. Everyone in this store was extremely helpful and kind. Tom, Oscar, and the others proved to be very knowledgeable and patient with the other customers in the store as well. I’m grateful I came here today!

I was on my way home and pulled in to get a new light for my front blinker. I decided to check all of my lights before walking in. They saw what I was doing and already knew which light needed to be replaced. They had it ready for me at the counter before I even stepped foot in the store. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. I LOVE IT!!!
