Unprofessional and refused to print something even when I had called ahead to confirm they could do it and it would take at most half an hour. Employee said I would have to come the next day because they close in an HOUR. I have to come the next day for me to be able to print a 24x36 floor plan on paper; not hardback. I know this takes less than 10 minutes because I have done it at UPS.

At Office Depot I always receive very good treatment from the employees. I was a customer for 20 years at Office Depot which is at 915 Parkside Walk Ln. Hwy120 i Lawrenceville, GA. Now, I moved house a year ago and the closest Office Depot to my house is the one at 3131 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd.in Suwanee, GA. Yesterday, 8/1/24, I went to make copies and there was a very kind young woman who helped me operate the copier. Thank you! MParra

I went to this business in search of an office chair. Once entered, there was no greeting. In fact, it looked as if there were no employees there.I found the area where the office chairs were. Just like most everyone, compared the prices online and found that they had prices cheaper on the Office Depot website. Went on a search mission to find an employee, and I asked if they would price match. This was on the Office Depots website and was told they would not price match.Also, when you enter the chair in the search bar, the searches appear. The one showing up on the Office Depot website will show a cheaper price, but when you click the link of the cheaper price, the total price changes by approximately $50.I had to go back to the drawing board on do I do business at this location or find somewhere else. Due to time restraints, I still ended up buying a chair, not only did I buy it, I became an Office Depot employee for the moment by having to use their dolly to bring it to the counter and even on the box it shows 2 people should be lifting it, I couldn't find an employee to assist.I would not go back to this business. Also for us veterans, there are no types of discounts.**UPDATE**NO RESOLUTIONI was told that a MANAGER would reach out, and they did. I received an apology. The price they say I went to in the store was $100 cheaper than the online price from Office Depot website.After the apology, training would be implemented to the said employees, but still didn't honor the price.Also, this MANAGER had the nerve to use my personal information and look me up on social media! I don't know what his intentions are but just letting you know what you're dealing with.THE PERSON THAT RESPONDED SEEMS THAT THE MANAGER VIEWING MY SOCIAL MEDIA IS OK. HE ALSO DID IT THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER INFORMING MS. PAIGE

Bought an HP ink cartridge that was defective and took it back for a replacement. I was told by the Sales Mgr that I would have to address it directly to HP and my time for return expired anyway. I initially left a negative review on the store’s website that they did not stand behind what they sell. Within 24 hours of my post, “Paige” of Office Depot’s social media service responded to my post apologizing for my experience, requesting my contact information and elevating it to the District Manager to address my issue. I was contacted by Ms. Foster the District Manager who, upon hearing of my experience, graciously offered to replace the defective cartridge and offered a $25 gift card for my trouble. She informed the store’s General Manager, Matt, who was extremely helpful in waiting on us and resolving the matter to our full and thankful satisfaction. Office Depot went above and beyond in addressing this issue and demonstrates amazing customer concern and responsiveness to its customers.

My cashier took the time to look up the item I purchased on the web site and gave me that pricing which was much less than the store price. Very nice of Billy to do this for me.

The store associates/Manager Billy and Ken Davis were exceptionally kind and helpful. They went way out of their way to help me out with my school purchases. I am so happy with Ken Davis, he was just amazing.
