I dropped my car off at 3560 Peachtree Parkway location. They were very professional. Gladly accepted a company vehicle. Tim was outstanding at the service center. And the car was ready before promised. I would gladly go here again. Highly recommended.

Just waited at the counter for 20+ minutes only to be told that even though I had made a reservation to have my vehicle serviced same-day, I would have to leave it until tomorrow. This is the 4th time that this has happened. They love to sell stuff, but couldn't care less when it comes to following up. Take your car here if you want to return 20 times to make them fix their poorly installed parts, until you give up and go somewhere else.

I was able to set an appointment for an alignment a day before and as soon as I walked in I was taken care of. Service was quick and precise with amazing attention to detail. This is also one of the only racks around this area that is ground level which means if your car is lowered it will fit. The service tech that worked on my car was great! I just recently installed a whole new rear suspension and he was very patient with getting it just right! He fixed up the suspension and now it feels like the car is brand new again!

Excellent service! They were quick to get my front tires changed, very chill, comfortable office to wait in and the manager Tim is a super cool and nice guy! Best Mavis I’ve been to in a while, will be back again

I was very fortunate to have found this Mavis shop. The store manager not only helped me find a great set of tires for my car, but he also offered a great discount on the set of 4 tires ($100 discount thanks to 2 or more home runs by the Braves).Apart from the great discount on the tires, other services for my car were very fairly priced, thanks to the multiple discounts offered by the store manager. I found him to be very knowledgeable about car maintenance and helpful to me as a customer.Unlike some other tire shops, this one offers new tires and car servicing in one location. And prices for the new tires are the same as if you bought them online, in most cases, with many opportunities for great deals.

NOT REAL MECHANICS!! Today i got an oil change at a proper auto shop. They unfortunately informed me that the reason my car was giving off a horrible odor is because it literally needed oil. There was not sufficient oil in my car. The last time i went for an oil change was here. This shop literally almost ruined my car on a massive scale. You don't deserve these reviews. Mavis before they bought out everyone absorbed the locations and former reputations of their old owners. I have never seen 2 mechanics have such hard time doing such a simple task and apart from that they messed up a part of my car because they simply wanted to rush at the end. You guys burned me. you took my hard earned money and screwed me!!

No one can actually do their job here. Everyone is horribly skilled and it appears they have never heard of proper customer service. It's a mess here!! Overall every Mavis I've been too has left me with a sour taste in my mouth!

I would like to apologize in advance to the 2 gentlemen that helped me during my appointment for not getting their names, as they definitely deserve special recognition for their customer service. The moment my daughter and I walked in the door, both men were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and very welcoming (my daughter even bonded with one of the gentlemen over Daiquri Ice flavored ice cream). Furthermore, my tires were completed earlier than promised. It's extremely rare, particularly for a woman, to receive such exceptional customer service at an automotive shop. If there's a Mavis corporate headquarters that assesses these reviews, please recognize these 2 gentlemen that were working at the 3560 Peachtree Parkway location on 7/13/2023 between 5:15PM-6:15PM for their hard work and exceptional customer service.

Needed a replacement tire asap. Manager was as helpful as possible and was able to get the tire I needed delivered same day. However when they changed the tire out for my spare I was told they were unable to remount my spare tire?! How can a tire dealer not be able to remount a spare tire? Worse still my rims were all scratched from the replacement. Low quality work. I do not recommend.
