Great service and overall quality of work. We have gone to NGG for a couple of projects now. The latest one did have a slight issue, but Gene jumped on it and took care of the problem right away, no questions asked. Thank you NGG and Gene for providing top notch service and products!

Had a great experience with North Georgia Graphics. They were easy to work with, made good recommendations, very accommodating (well beyond my expectations)and did a fantastic job revitalizing this old golf cart.

I just can’t believe how Lynn (the person that you need to deal with to get your quote) gave me the WORST customer experience today just because i wanted to review the invoice that had a mistake and she started YELLING AT ME FRUSTRATED saying that the job that they did for me took her so long and she lost money doing it. She was complaining about how she had to deal with me changing my mind ( I said I wanted something and immediately called to change it for something else) but I think that’s what customer service means (I’ve been there before). First of all she was wrong charging me the wrong quantity of pieces ( she is never there so she doesn’t know exactly what’s going on) and second she preferred staying unaware and being an ignorant about the situation giving me the WORST attitude when I AM THE CUSTOMER and I’m completely CALM. She didn’t have respect towards me AT ALL. I really wish I could record her. Imagine going to a restaurant and the waitress starts yelling at you frustrated just because you order something and then you want something else. So disrespectful!!Also, if you go today, you will get one price and then when she realizes that she didn’t charge you enough and when you come back it’s something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT (these are hers words because that’s exactly what she wanted to do with me next time) and when you have a company and depends on that, you are not able to have this INSTABILITY!So I don’t really recommend that you go through that experience because even when they can do a good job, you’re not RESPECTED when you have something to say (negative or not) even PAYING for the service provided.

Be very careful with this company, they have very good quality but the service is poor, their owners are rude and disrespectful, we are a Youth Soccer Club, we pay for orders of more than 30 uniforms and when they delivered them they were rude, they yelled at us, insulted us, and honestly it is a lack of respect when you pay for a product and the customer service is terrible. Especially LYYN owner. This disrespect is for our entire institution.

Would not recommend this guy! I went in to have 1 tshirt done for my son’s 1st birthday party and he said he would have it done for me by Thursday. I checked in with him after he told me he would send a design and he did not. He said he would get the design to me soon & he waited until the day before it was supposed to be ready to call and tell me that he wouldn’t have my shirt done which gave me no time to find another person to make a shirt for me. I wish he would have just told me from the beginning he couldn’t do it because I would have found someone to do it for me. This is terrible!! So now here I am scrambling to find my baby something to wear for his party. & all he could offer was a pathetic “I’m sorry” Don’t waste your time!
