I normally do not write reviews but I wanted to recognize the entire staff at NAPC - John’s creek for always taking great care of me. Special shout out to Ms Jo who is always by my side when getting my blood drawn and Shalyn who is always very thorough and answers all of my questions. Thank you all for everything you do.

Beware of bills for services that you don't receive, especially if you are on Medicare and Medicaid, please call and get your statements. I went for a physical with PA Allison Hemingway in August 2023. My Medicare statement showed that I was given a Pneumococcal vaccine on that visit on August 18 (billed and paid to Dr Banu Anam). I did not take a vaccine on that day. Medicare paid $313.41 for this vaccine that I never received. I sent several notes through their portal, to the doctors, and the practice manager. I also reported this to Medicare. After several attempts by phone and email, with no response, I walked in one day. The immediate response was "O that was a mistake, we will give you the vaccine today and will not bill for it." Since I wanted to take it, I went ahead and got it. I have reasons to suspect that there's some type of fraud going on. I wonder how many people check their statements, especially if you are on Medicare.They have more PAs than real doctors and get appointments scheduled without your permission and you get billed without receiving services. Please always call Medicare and get your statements regularly.

Been seeing Dr Patel for a year. Last month, I was in for my physical, I just received a bill for an exam because she mentioned rerunning lab work that was already included in my physical and I told her I was having a side effect other meds she has been managing. It was a brief comment and she charged me an exam on top of my physical. What a joke! Oh, and that was after waiting 45 mins for her to come in the room. Am I supposed to lie and say I don’t have any issues so that I don’t get charged an extra fee? It’s not about the money, it’s the fact that insurance is so expensive and this is why. Doctors like this take advantage of it. I have never experienced this before. Doesn’t seem ethical to me. So disappointing to know this is happening.

I had really strange experience with provider Khushbuben Patel in this location. My wife visited her for yearly wellness checkup and she was all the time looking on laptop busy typing, didn't feel any caring about her patient. After that visit she sent an additional bill. When we asked billing team about this additional payment. They replied you shared few concern and asked few questions to the dr. and she charged for that. my reply was :O, when dr. ask you do you have any other concern and you shared something but she didn't treat you anything and billed you.

I wish I could give more stars, but I have had some issues with never getting a call back from a certain doctor and nurse when leaving messages. They never ever acknowledged any calls regarding my bloodwork and other issues. However, I had to write a review and speak on two nurse practitioners that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE. This is the only reason I continue to go to this office. The first is Alix Zackon. She is absolutely the BEST. She is knowledgeable, thorough and extremely patient when answering all my questions. I just can’t say enough good things about her. She’s Phenomenal!! Alli Hemingway is also another nurse practitioner that I really like at this office.

I am not normally a fan of large practices. However, NAPC does a very good job. The staff is always helpful, and Dr. Korte in particular is the most attentive doctor I’ve ever had. The only drawback is sometimes getting things done like referrals, refills outside appointments, etc…takes a little bit of time because there are different channels that it needs to go through. That is not altogether their fault, because insurance companies are requiring way more than they used to. That’s my only complaint. I do highly recommend this practice.

The Johns Creek Location is Awesome as are the staff, everyone goes above the call of duty, Luisa has always taken care of me, she accommodated my schedule every time needed, she talks to dr. For me when I’m not there and need info asap, she is truly an amazing Asset to The Group!!!I also have to mention my nurse and my Dr! Wow they truly care more than one would imagine, dr Khushbuben Patel is not only a Great Dr. She is also A Great communicator! Direct to the point, honest and pretty amazing! !!!!!I thank the Group but none the less my Dr., my nurse and Luisa are truly a huge puzzle piece to this groups success!Thank you from my heart and for taking care of me in such a Loving yet professional matter!Your The Best?

Dr. Norte was wonderful! Thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. The staff was also extremely supportive in getting me into the specialist I needed to see.

I have been with this practice for 24 years, with the last (approx?) 14 yrs seeing Shalyn Ahmadi, PA-C. She is wonderful to work with in person, and is as prompt and professional electronically as well. I trust her completely in all aspects of my care. I feel valued and respected. I value and appreciate the care that she has provided me over the years. I am very thankful for the provider/patient relationship and never hesitate to tell anyone that asks how great Shalyn is.

Was misdiagnosed for 2 weeks about a very serious illness, without so much as an apology or empathy shown from these people for doing so. Then, they send me a text with a link to refer my friends and family. Talk about bad taste. They pretend to care, but only care about their paychecks. I’m not sure what happened, but I’ve been going here since I was a child, and never had care this awful. They have gone extremely down hill.

Being new to the area and not knowing many people, I was flying blind trying to select doctors. After reading reviews and qualifications regarding many physicians, I chose Dr Patel and am so glad I did. From my first encounter, I felt like I made the right choice. Dr.Patel is warm, caring, attentive, and really listened to my concerns, while also asking all the right questions. She was also very easy to communicate with via the patient portal and has promptly responded to any messages I've sent. I'd recommend Dr. Khushbuben Patel to anyone looking for a primary care physician in the area.

Dr. Patel is an amazing Dr. She cares about my health and about me as a whole. She listens and takes her time to make sure all my questions are answered. She also responds to my patient portal questions either same day or next which is so good. She is the best Dr. I’ve ever had. Her nurses are great too. If you want a great and compassionate Dr, try Dr. Patel.

The doctors here are great. However, the nurses(if you even call them that) who work the check-in and checkout need to be let go. Completely unprofessional and do not know how to properly explain/handle a situation. Every time I'm in the office I either see or have a bad experience with them. Won't be back to this location.

I’m not one to write reviews but this one I have to…If I can give this place zero stars I would! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! First, My dad had an annual appointment and they said they would send our his CT order scan to the imaging center at Emory and for a whole month they never got anything and everytime I call to ask they would either NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHICH IS WHAT ITS MEANT FOR or they would say they sent it out…. And then APPARENTLY make a follow up appt for my dad 2 months later that WE DIDN’T KNOW A and when I call to cancel one business day before IM ON HOLD FOR OVER HALF AN HOUR!!! I’m writing this review WHILE ON HOLD WITH THEM! Please find another medical center for your needs that is not this one… HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO CLOSE YOUR CENTER IF YOU ARE NEVVEERRRRRR GOING TO ANSWER!!!!
