I came in today for a pedicure. I told the lady who checked me in that I came last week for a color change before heading to the beach. The polish came off 2 days after being at the beach. This has never happened before. (I later found out this can happen if the salon uses old polish or adds too much polish remover to the nail polish when loosening the polish). Two other nail techs walked over as I was sharing my experience with the lady who checked me in. All of them suddenly acted like they didnt understand what I was saying and started mumbling amongst themselves. That’s fine. I left and went to Eden Nails just across the street. Dont expect loyalty from customers if you’re not going to treat them well.

the acrylic was chunky , the lines on the nail art were sloppy and not straight , we kept telling them to fix the shape of the nail and they wouldn't, the nails were loppsided . they were talking about us in chinese , they kept rolling there eyes at us and the nail tech kept making excuses about why the nail was loppsided and why the nail art was bad , he proceeded to say tht are nails were crooked and small and he cant fix the nail art . #nevercomingback #firethemall

I will never come back to this nail shop. I walked in a was greeted about what services I would like . I informed her I only needed my toes done . She tells me to sit in chair and processe to put her gloves on . I informed her I didn’t want a pedicure only toe polish. She then walks away and says nothing. I’m sitting and waiting until I see a new client walk in without an appointment stating she wanted a pedicure she sits her down and she is about to service her. I then stopped and asked her how long will I have to wait . She says clearly let me ask my manager. The manager then looks at me and the lady never comes back they get another worker to say 30mins or more nobody is available for me . I asked why didn’t some let me know NOW they say because of language she may have not . Well heck she knew how to say let me ask the manager. They ignored me because I wasn’t getting the service that they needed for their company .NOW why wasn’t this communicated before I sat in the seat?? I let them know they are very unprofessional and I would never come again EVER! If I pay anyone for service communication and customer Service is A MUST

This is an amazing shop. I go to Lilly and she is a fantastic tech. The entire staff is wonderful and they make you feel at home. They are always kind and welcoming when you enter the door. I have been going here for years and would not go anywhere else!!

They charged me $5 more for my gel pedicure. When I complained, they gave me my money back. They said I would charge $5 more for the removal, but there was nothing to remove on my feet.

Zero stars!!! Horrible!They made me pay for this! They should get zero stars Manager was rude!! Terrible service. They kept adding more coats to fix their errors instead of redoing! They should consider a redo. Wish the owner knew what's going on here. Staff is sweet it's a hit or miss like others said but manager was so darn rude.

First world rant: I didn't have an appointment so I didn't expect quick service. she said it would be a few minutes before getting started that turned into almost 35 minutes to get a technician (no biggie I can't complain) after waiting almost 40 min to get started unfortunately I no longer had have time for a pedicure only a polish change on my feet and the manicure nail polish application was horrible and the manager was rude. she charged me $3 for soaking my feet in water! (No flowers no special powder etc) and said she wouldn't take $$it off since it's not her fault I no longer had time to get the pedicure the nail polish job was sooooo bad!! Look for yourself staff is friendly I didn't want to cause trouble but I can't believe she charged me for crappy work on my nails. she was not budging. it's a hit or miss here. I didnt have the energy and time to refuse to pay for terrible work. She should consider a do over or money back!

I come here once a month for an SNS manicure and a polish change and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! The prices are affordable and everyone is so kind!

Linda T is the best! Been going to this nail salon for 20 years or more. Even when I moved out of the county, I always came back! All the technicians are sweet and friendly and do a great job! I’m super picky, and I never leave disappointed!

Me and my wife go here often.its good to make an appointment before going. The massage chairs are comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive.i only get my nails done on my feet, while my wife gets her nails and feet done. I'm on my feet all day at work, so after I leave this place,it's always nice that they feel smooth and well pedicured. Great place I highly recommend.
