He works efficiently and honestly until the work is done. My only complaint is not having found him sooner. He will be my go to person for everything related to this field and more. Ricky is AMAZING! We ultimately decided to buy a home in a state that he didn't have a presence in, but he had the best rates and costs far and away from the lenders we looked at. Roger was so professional, very fast, accurate and courteous. I can not think of anyone else who would have all these good manners. I already gave his contact information to five of my friends. Some will buy new houses and some will refinance. This guy is amazing. I could not be more happier I guess to work with him. Saved me a lot of money and time.He was overseas when I contacted him. I thought this would not work out well at first but I think he used that as advantage and kept calling me to make more progress on the loan. He did everything in about 2 weeks. We were early and waited for the closing for about a week. :))This was such a great experience working with him. His son is selling insurance and he saved me a lot of money as well combining home insurance and car insurance. Thank you again Roger, Priti and Milan!!!

I would highly recommend Mr Roger to anyone in the area looking for an amazing lender. He made the mortgage process so easy and effortless. I could tell him and his team were very attentive to all the details that came with applying for a mortgage and were quick to remind me of any deadlines that were approaching.It was super easy to work with Mr Roger.My special thanks to preeti who did an amazing job to get things done in the timely manner. If I had any questions, it was almost like she was waiting at her desk for my phone call to answer the questions immediately. The loans closed on time and without a glitch. When I was looking for my Home Mortgage, I was referred by two of my co-workers who already had gone through Mr. Tejas Shah for their home mortgage needs and both of them had great experience and strongly recommend Mr. Tejas Shah for my home mortgage needs. And Mr.Tejas Shah did not disappoint me and exceeded all of my expectations. He offered me great rate and worked through till end to remove obstracles to get this closing done successfully. To give you better idea, I had to tell you that my credit score was not that great and other financial institutuions were offering me at higher interest rate and in that situtation Mr. Tejas Shah offered me a great rate and that too without any mortgage insurance. Tejas Shah made the financing part of our home purchase quick and easy. In addition when we were bidding on houses he usually had the pre approval letter back to me within the hour which was great in our competitive real estate market. Finally, my realtor let me know that he was great to work with on his end as well which always makes the transaction go smoother.
