Staff is awesome, but CVS’s system is so horrible. CVS over schedule nurses and make the each appointment super packed. Will never come back.

Awful. Paid $200 for nurse to check my pulse, and blood pressure. Nurse had 0 knowledge, and basically said that there was nothing they could do for me. Do NOT waist your money.

I saw Linda, NP, and she was amazing. She called me two days in a row to check on me. She was worried and asked me to go to the hospital if I felt an ounce worse. It is a good thing I took her advice, I went to the hospital and had pneumonia two days later. Thanks to Linda and her follow up, I got breathing treatments and antibiotics. She is extremely kind and I'm so grateful for her follow up.

I see a lot of complaints. But for me, it was the best Urgent Care experience ever. Fast and smooth.I came 20 minutes before the appointment, and the online system didn't let me check this early. Despite this, they checked me in manually and let me in earlier.Dr. Bella was great. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the nurse's name, and she was friendly and helpful, too!I can recommend it!

Told to be at the appointment early and I get there and wait an extra 30min before seeing someone. Then when I go to pick up the meds at the pharmacy they are closed and didn’t open till 2pm. When I walk up after 2 pm to receive meds they told me to wait even longer. This is my first and last time using minute clinic(which was a lot longer than what they advirtised.

Very surprised by the negative reviews. Ms. Tang was patient & wonderful, explaining everything in detail. This location is 25 mins from my house (ended up here because it was the first available appointment that I could find), & it's worth the drive. Thank you!

Had a great experience at this location today. Would have given a 5 rating but had trouble uploading pictures of my insurance card which timed out after an error message about the inability to read my card. This process was Parr if the checkin and I tried about 4 times before giving up. The NP, Celeste is one of the most patient, informative and pleasant health professionals I have met. She was very attentive and heard me. She was also very observant and was pro-active in her care. Her approach made me attentive to her advice. Thanks Celeste!

Why is it called a walking minute clinic when you have to book an appointment then wait before being seen???

I visited for an important medication re-fill. The caregiver was lovely, however, she did not submit the prescription request to the pharmacy. I have called 5 times in the last week and have been told something different every time I speak with someone. According to customer care, I must speak with the provider to get the situation straightened out. I have been told that she is the only person who can submit the request. I have left two messages for her and have never heard back. The service I paid for was not provided and I have wasted time waiting for CVS to rectify the problem.

Appointment is a joke, waiting more than 45 mins already after checking in.

Wish I can give 0 score. Scheduling and waiting time is a joke... scheduled 10:10am and I have been waiting for close to 1 hr now. This is not minute clinic..The one ahead of me took more than 30min, the scheduling time should be better predicted in the system so it won’t allow 10 minute per patient to be booked. And it would change from 10 minutes back to 25 minutes.

Careful, they state they accept your insurance but you’ll get a bill two months later stating they don’t.

Went to the minute clinic with a child sick with a sinus infection today. She was not examined yet was told that sinus infections are viral and they would not see her. This is a child who has already had sinus surgery for chronic sinus problems. They told me to do a virtual appointment which I went out to my car to do. Their system only gives you an error message and directs you to an 800 number which has a recording saying they are not open on the weekends. I am sure they knew this. It is unconsciable that they would not help a sick child. I understand we are in this pandemic- unfortuately people do still have to deal with their other chronic health problems anyway and sending them away is extremely negligent. Needless to say, we are done frequenting CVS and will be moving all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy.
