Had to buy a new phone and went in on my lunch break. Staff was friendly, extremely fast, and helpful. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a new phone up and running. I highly recommend this location.

SCAMMERS AND FALSE ADVERTISMENT...... They told me if i switch over that i can get the iphone 12 at 99.00 NO ACTIVATION FEE as they have signs all over their windows and inside the building but still charged me for activation. Then they told me i HAD to choose the $60 plan for my phone but charged me $80 and now they can't do anything about it and keep telling me call customer support

These people are on a another level of a SCAM ARTIST, they tricked my dad into buying a phone without telling him that his phone bill plan is going to change when they lied to my dad saying his monthly phone bills is not going to go up and wasn’t going to change, but now we’re paying $80 a month on our phone bill. These scammer are money hungry as hell!!!!!! I do not recommend coming here at all!!!!!!

I brought devices here and paid my bill. Now my phone is off , and I had the same problems with the number below this one, they never recovered my service and when I asked for the service to be completely turned off I was told they couldn't .

I entered the store on 8/21 to take advantage of the iPhone 11 port-in promotion. I wanted to port my Boost mobile number to Metro. When I provided the two female associates with my Boost number, I was told I could not port it because it was a T-Mobile number. I showed the associate my phone with the Boost signal, and they still denied the port-in.At the end of the day, these tactics are probably done to prevent a sale on a device on promotion. This is despicable and bad business practice. If you are unwilling to honor a Metro by T-mobile promotion, take that logo off and put something else cause you are doing Metro a disservice by antagonizing potential customers.
