“We purchased a mattress on 1/15/2024 from this location. Elizabeth was our sleep expert. She was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. There were issues when our mattress was delivered, and we needed to return it and get a replacement. Elizabeth did an excellent job of going above and beyond to correct our issue and deliver a new mattress as soon as possible. This could have been a horrible experience, but Elizabeth ensured we were cared for. Thank you, Elizabeth, for restoring my faith in customer service.”

“I’m back, and I’m happy I did it. A few weeks ago, I started the search for a mattress. It sounds like an easy task, but I think at this point, many of us know it’s not an easy feat, especially when your significant other isn’t there to help choose the mattress where you both will sleep. Add some pressure to that. Rick assisted me, and I told him I was looking for a soft but not too soft, firm but not too firm king-size mattress—haha, I clarified that it wouldn’t be easy. He chuckled a bit and showed me the possible options.The mattress I was looking to replace is a Serta hybrid, and I loved every year we used it, but I know it’s time to let it go. So, by tradition, I started testing Serta mattresses first. From mattress to mattress, I went until I reached BeautyRest. And there, the real debate began. All mattresses from that brand seemed good to me. I tried more, and in my mind, I had two favorites. Rick asked me what kind of base we would need, and we started talking about the base, and there’s another dilemma. Adjustable or regular? I don’t know, so I told Rick that I had to go home and talk to my husband.I came back with the decision that it would be the regular base and the BeautyRest Harmony Lux Hybrid. We started with the process of my information, etc., delivery date, and it was quick. On the day of delivery, the very friendly guys showed up, and when they brought up the base and the mattress, we realized it wouldn’t work. The bed is of the sleigh style and really doesn’t need the base because it would be too high, something we don’t need, especially with my creaky knees. One of the guys told me he would talk to his boss to find out if the base could be returned, and apparently, it could. We were pleased; the mattress is what we expected and more.Jake called me on Monday to confirm that the money for the base would be refunded, and it didn’t take long to complete the transaction after I confirmed the credit card number. Jake offers customer service on another level; he is very accurate with his questions and resolves issues. My first contact with him was on the day of delivery; my cell reception is bad, and I sensed that something was wrong as time passed without them contacting me to inform me of the delivery schedule. Jake took care of investigating the details and calling me with the information. Rick did an excellent job too.I’m sure I’ll be back very soon because there’s a third mattress to replace. I hope that when you’re thinking of buying a mattress, you give this business the opportunity to show you how professional they are. Thank you for being so helpful.”

“I initially bought their classic plush in a full size for my daughter because I didn't think I needed one of the higher models because my 3 year old is all of 20 lbs. But when we got it home it was so small for the bed frame and it really bothered me. They did send a customer care person out to look at it but nothing came of that because they said all full beds should be the same size. So I decided to go in and get an exchange with their comfort care policy where you pay a fee to upgrade and I am glad I did. I got the luxury firm in the orthopedic line and it fits the bed frame now. Soo I would say stay away from lower models, it cost me. But the higher models are great. I also have another one of their orthopedic models on my own bed and love it.You can see the pictures the difference of the two beds. The classic plush was about 3 1/"2 narrower and 2" shorter.”

“Candace at the Peachtree Corners store made our shopping experience great! My husband and I have had a sleep number for several years and love it so when my mother-in-love said she needed a new bed we knew exactly where to take her! She has suffered with debilitating pain due to some medical issues and doesn't sleep very well at night because of this. When she laid on the bed in the store she was amazed at how quickly her joint pain subsided. Candace helped her every step of the way to find the perfect mattress and base. She was so excited that she decided to upgrade our bed as well! Gotta love a half of sale ?”

“Got a fridge from them that ended up having cooling issues. They were completely reasonable and worked with me for the 90-day warranty. You have to understand that you are buying scratch and ding / resale and that comes with inherent risk. However, if you have a problem, call them and ask. They treated me very well. I will post an update after the service is completed.”

Within a couple of months of moving into our new home its dishwasher stopped working.With the move, my funds were low and I was concerned... wanting to make the right choice. I went inside the bright, welcoming store and met Jose.Immediately, his friendly smile, manners and professionalism put me at ease. He took the time to show me options and answer each of my many questions.He carefully explained the warranties and all charges up front to assure there were no surprises at the final sale.I think it was a Thursday early evening and as we were settling, a horrible storm came up. Out of safety, he gave me his card and I quickly left.I called the next evening to let him know I would be there the coming Monday to finalize the sale.Upon arrival Monday, I was met with the same kind professionalism. He checked with me for my availability for delivery. Everything was geared toward customer satisfaction and the sale was made.By Wednesday afternoon that week, I had the new dishwasher delivered, installed and the old one hauled away by a father and son duo with a warm family relationship. I was given more valuable tips and the dishwasher is GREAT with cool features.My experience with Jose, his team and Gwinnett Appliances was stellar. “My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.”
