Went in to find my preferences, but was impressed by the sales rep knowledge about the products. We quickly found my preference in firmness and what worked for my sleep positions. They weren"t pushy about making a sale either, and were able to answer other questions.

From initial phone inquiry to delivery we could not have been more impressed with Mattress Firm in Suwanee. I knew what I was looking for but Cecilia was absolutely the best as she helped me navigate through the options available. Cecilia went above and beyond! Delivery associates were incredibly courteous and went very smoothly. Incredibly pleased!

I started online but decided I wanted to lay on the mattress first. Fernando was so helpful. He custom fit us to a reasonably priced mattress. In the end I told him of the deal I had online, and he told me we would better off with the deal online even though he wouldn’t make any money on it. Honesty like this doesn’t exist in this country so I wanted to tell everyone what a great guy he his. I will be back for sure.
