We visited Main Event on a weekday around noon with kids. The place was empty, which was great. The receptionist was helpful; she allowed us to get drinks and refills for free. For the arcade, we purchased a card that allowed us to play unlimited games (except for VR and claw machine games) for 30 min which was perfect for us, but we were disappointed since a handful of games were just not working. Then, we went bowling and that was a disappointment. Since we had kids and were all playing together, we wanted bumpers on for just the kids and for the bumper to go back down when it was the adult’s turn. However, the bumpers wouldn’t come up when it was the kid’s turns. The Main Event Staff moved us over to another lane that was supposedly new, but only 1/3 of the bumper came on for that lane. They once again moved us to a third lane and the bumpers weren’t working there either! The staff then manually brought up the bumpers and said everyone had to play with bumpers, including the kids. What a bummer.

The place is very clean, it has a good atmosphere and even though I didn't eat anything, everything looked good; The plan for Mondays is great because it has a very good promotion and if you make a large group even better.The four main activities are great and the arcade is good to pass the time.I didn't like the condition of the bowling balls, they are very beat up and damaged.Yes I am going to return but I think I will try to bring my own ball.

We went just for fun. We got seated fast but our server was very slow. The food should have been hotter when it got to us. But she was very nice. There were a lot of broken games. We wanted to play shuffle board but there was no way to properly sand the board and the staff had no clue what we were talking about.

This was my first time here and I was not impressed. My overall experience was fair and maybe because it was a Saturday night and/or they were short staffed. But our service was slllloooowwww!Our server was kind and approachable. However, her system for taking and managing orders and handling requests wasn’t the best. She seemed to be all over the place. When she took our drink orders, without writing anything down only to come back and inquire about the order. It took about 15-20 minutes for our water, soft drinks, milkshake and alcohol to come out.We needed straws and napkins because she didn’t leave us any. So instead of waiting another 15 minutes for her to return, we went to the bar ourselves to grab some. She finally came back to take our orders and once again she took the orders without writing it down. Of course she came back to verify our orders. At this point, we were not impressed. This was more time wasted.Shockingly, our food didn’t take long for it to come out but it wasn’t accurate and some of it was cold. So instead sending it back and waiting a long period of time and the possibility of it being cold again, we settled.When we saw her again, we immediately asked for the tab and to go boxes because we knew time was not on our side. But, this time she returned in a timely manner.Despite our slow service and inaccurate and cold food orders, our waitress was always very apologetic and provided service with a smile. She made sure our orders were fulfilled.Lastly, we decided to play some games. We went to the kiosk to purchase a playing card. The machine took our money and didn’t give us a card so an employee had to come assist. Apparently, this wasn’t the first time today. A lot of the games weren’t operable or they took your money and gave you no play. This was frustrating because we had to go to front desk to receive credit.Overall, I will not be returning to this location. I may try this place again at another location.

I was here with my kids and they LOVED it! It’s the first time we ever experienced a Main Event facility. There is SO much to do! We ate lunch (it was great too), played games, and watched everyone else (old and young) have a great time!

There should be more security personnel because there are some Highschool kids running through the hallways and they could accident the children or an elderly person, and also the electricity went out for several minutes, they should anticipate that before an incident occurs, place some solar lights to light the emergency exit and they should also have more promotions now that the kids go on vacation. ? They need to repair some game machines and also the hockey that don't work and there is a lack of personnel to help someone threw a drink with ice and no one went to clean it and apparently someone slipped I went to tell the guy at the entrance but he didn't listen to me . Anyway! ?

We did Laser Tag, Gravity Ropes, the Arcade, Bowling, Shuffleboard, and Billiards.The entire building was super clean, including the bathrooms. There is a family restroom also.The staff were all extremely helpful even though they were practically on a skeleton crew. The manager even changed one of the TVs to the Atlanta United game for us!We did have a small issue with one of the laser tag vests not working, but were able to get it fixed quickly.They have a great set up where you can reserve times for each attraction so you don’t have to stand in line forever waiting.The pizza was phenomenal! It was $20 each, but they were big and absolutely worth it.The drinks were reasonably priced.All the arcade games were clean and in good working condition and we had a blast playing all of them.I give this place a 10/10 rating and we will definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: A wonderful place to bring your family!

I thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The staff, atmosphere, food and service was exceptional! I will definitely be returning?Dietary restrictions: They have different food options like cauliflower pizza.Parking: Enormous parking lot to accommodate the crowds.Kid-friendliness: This place is safe & secure for the kiddos. They also have plenty of kid-friendly game options & foods kids love.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible ramps available.

We recently celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday at this location, and I have to say that everything was amazing. Our host, Sarah, went above and beyond at all times and made the experience so much more enjoyable. Also, the value you get for the price was amazing as well. 100% recommended ?
